State Bank of India — negligience of duty

i have an joint account in sbi,guna branch.. and i forgot the pin no. issued to me for my card. i have applied for regeneration of pin on 19 nov,2009 and the charges viz 50/- have been deducted on the very next day.but i have not recieved the new pin yet.i enquired to the bank but now the bank employees are not taking intrest and telling me to again apply for new pin no.

S.B.I — Atm Withdrawl

I made a withdrawn from O.B.C ATM ,ATM ID(DA170027)

On 10/10/09 ,I was using my father's Atm Card no ,I made
a transaction of 10,000 but i don't got the money and the atm
screen showed me that (Thanks for Using O.B.C A.T.M) ,When
I checked it again my Account was debited my 10,000 ,I don't
got the transaction slip also .

I contacted the O.B.C bank regarding that they said that the S.B.I
where my account is will take care of this .But sorry to say This
S.B.I Manager was very rash .he is not ready to listen any thing
and he is also not responding in right spirit ,when i asked him for
the complain Number he was not ready to give me that also ..I have
Logged an return complain about the same issue on 11/12/09 to
the bank manager

I am worried about this As i have no clue when i will get my money back
Please take a necessary action against this .As soon as possible

my state bank password and user name is not work

i have a sbi mod account from which amount above 5000/- is automatically transferred to mod fdr account. but when ever i request to transfer such money from my mod fdr account they said they dont have much time. u have to wait for 1 day. they dont even care how much u r in need of that money...


i will close the account and send complaints to relevant department

I am getting difficult to log in. when I goes to log the site (on line sbi) it shows me the session has expired.
Hence I shall be glad if you kindly solve the problem

My complaint is my acount is s.b.i bhatapara. Few one week waching 287/- rupees deduct s.i failure charges. So plz must reply. I am waiting for favorable reply.
