I have purchased a washing machine 3 weeks back in the trade centre show conducted by ur company. As per scratch card information i was supposed to be delivered a gift item which was not available at the trade centre. I was waiting for a call from the maduravoyal branch but no one is replying properly and no one is even picking the calls. What a wonderful customer service???. Even i[censored] r not going to give the item is it the way to treat the customers? On top of it ur staff at maduravoyal (After a big luck i got him) is shouting without giving proper reply. Branch manager is not at picking the calls even after several calls. Can u provide better service so that ur customers become ur marketing ambassadors? Pl look into it and provide proper response'

I regret to inform you that the SAMSUNG FRIDGE RT27 JARYESA (SAMRF27) purchased vide bill no.251 on 1/1/2016 from S.C SHAH & CO PVT LTD kilpauk show room, has not been delivered yet. At the time of purchase, I was told that the delivery will within 2 days, when several phone calls were made the showroom people gave various reasons, which is not our concern. PLEASE HELP to get our refrigerator atleast within a day or two. The amount paid is thro BAJAJ FINANCE.
