Complaint regarding ticket conductor for misbehaving with passengers

Today morning dated 17/07/2021 I caught a ST bus from Mgm hospital, kalamboli (bus no - MH20-D-9970)
The bus conductor who is lady start asking me for ticket before let me seated on seat. Again she approached at me and out of nowhere started to shouting at me then I was asked her to my departure point but she start arguing without guiding me and also hold me last stop ticket. Being a lady conductor I clam down myself but this mis behaviour is not expected kindly take strict action against her

bus timing management...
On satara - dahiwadi route, i waited almost for 1 and half hour for st bus
This is not because of there is any scarcity of buses but due to regretful management of buses. Almost 4-5 buses are went back to back at same destination i. E korean, at time differences of only 5-10 min. And more then 90 percent seats was vacant in that buses, while their is lots of public still waiting for dahiwadi bus...
It's totally not good for public convenience and profitability of st mahamandal..
So i kindly request you to check the issue as early as possible

Behavior of conductor and driver

Now i am traveling from pune to paithan (Mh-20;bl:2290). Bus scheduled time on 02:00 pm. Bus driver was very slow, 3 hrs. Gone. However, not reached ahmed nagar, when asked about conductor (Ms. M. S. Aute) she was given answered very rudely am not drive the bus. Very ridiculous. This is not the way 2 answer. Also, bus was very dirty. Kindly do the needful. Also, will taken complaint once reach the destination.

Arrangement for buses from alibaug to thane

On monday 21/11/2016 there are 40 to 50 public waiting for busat alibaug depo for thane from 4.30 but no any bus for thane On time table board there are 2 3 buses but on that day no any bus the public very much suffer the official Mr Magar not give suitable reply all public request him that plz do any arrangment bcoz no any bus from 2and half hours from evng 4.30 o clock he argue with us and not co operate thare are ladies passengers also we gave writtn complaint also pl reply the same and please increase the frequency of buses and kindly take necessary action and do the needful bcoz alibaug buses are very less

वरील विषयास अनुसरून मौजे आरे तालुका - करवीर, जिल्हा - कोल्हापूर येथे रंकाळा ते आरे येणारी एस.टी. हि वेळेत येत नसलेमुळे तसेच एकच एस.टी. असल्यामुळे प्रवाशांचे व वृद्ध नागरिक, कॉलेज विद्यार्थी यांची गैरसोय होत आहे. व वृद्ध नागरिकांना त्याचा त्रास होत आहे.तरी आपल्याकडून रंकाळा ते आरे एस.टी. पूर्ववत व वेळेत सोडणेत यावी. हि विनंती.

महोदय,
आज रेवस - कोकणभवन हि गाडी २० मिनिटे उशिराने पोयनाड बस स्टोप ला आल्याने खूप गर्दीने प्रवाशी चढले परंतु ड्रायव्हर च्या चांगल्या ड्रायव्हिंग मुळे गाडीने लवकरच वडखळ गाठले.
परंतु वडखळ येथे उभ्या असलेल्या तिकिट चेकर च्या बेजाबदार पणा मुळे गाडी ४५ मिनिटे तेथेच थांबून राहिली. त्या तिकीट चेकर चे नाव विचारले असता त्याने नाव सांगण्यास नकार देवून उलट प्रवाशांना पोलीस चौकी ची धमकी देवू लागला . सगळे प्रवाशी गाडीतून खाली उतरले. व प्रत्येक जन त्यांच्या कडे गयावया करू लागला कि आम्हाला दुसरी गाडीत तरी बसवून द्या नाहीतर हि बस तरी सोडा.
प्रत्यक्ष पाहता एका विद्यार्थीनि कडे तिकीट न मिळाल्याने त्यांनी कंडक्टर व विद्यार्थिनी या दोघानाही थांबवून घेतले. त्या मुलीला परीक्षेस जाण्यास उशीर होत होता तर त्या कंडक्टर कडे तिकीटाचा पुरावा मिळत नव्हता. तिकीट चेकर विद्यार्थिनी कडून उपरोक्त दंड न घेता तिचाही वेळ घेवून तिला कोर्या कागदावर कंडक्टर विषयी जवाब लिहण्यास सांगितले. या सर्व प्रकरणात इतर प्रवाशांपैकी एकाला चक्कर आली. काहीना प्रेतयात्रेला जाण्यास उशीर झाला तर आमच्या सारख्या दररोज प्रवास करणार्यांना नोकरीस दीड तास उशीर झाला. आणि नोकरीतून मेमो मिळाला.
तिकीट चेकर म्हणजे श्री हरीश पालकर यांनी जशी तिकिटे चेक करून योग्य ती शिक्षा देण्याची जबाबदारी घेतली तशीच उद्धत पणे न बोलता इतर प्रवाशांना पोलीस स्टेशन ची धमकी न देता त्यांचा वेळ न दडवता दुसर्या गाडीची सोय करून दिली असती. तर आज आमच्या वर हि वेळ आली नसती.
मी हरीश पालकर यांच्या बाबत तक्रार करत आहे. तातडीने योग्य ते शासन व्हावे.

Bad behavior of driver & conductor

Today morning i have catch the bus from Wada at 8:30 that was Wada-Bhiwandi Bus (State transport bus), before getting the ticket i have confirm to drop me at Kudus Coca- Cola stop but while stop coming driver arguing to stop the bus and quarrl. During getting down he has started the bus with shouting .
as my luck save life by falling down.
Need to take immediate action against this type of the behavior of the people.

Hello we had a booking for shivshahi bus Dadar TT to poyand ... The bus was not on time and cancel for maintenance work ...
Please do maintenance work before the journey ... This creates a huge mast ... Due to vacation period...

Respected sir,
I, Nasir Pathan a mumbaikar and a regular traveller of S T Bus service wanted to lodge a complaint against sukharvadi Bus Depot Borivali East opposite sanjay ghandhi national park of not receiving the phone cal for inquiry timings of buses at 10 feb 2016 i cal the sukharvadi bus depot for inquiry they were continous busy on phone from 11:45 pm to 12:15 am but nt received my cal later i tried again at 4:00 am but they did nt recive my cal as i needed a enquiry for travelling timing of bus for nasik. when reaching the bus depot the man incharge for the duty did nt gave me proper answere regarding my cals.
Hence i wanted the authority to take strict action against them as it may affect the schedule of our travelling if the depot did not answer our calls.

Your legal contracter for parcel m/s uncle parcel his employ shiva he is taken booking but his behavior about custamor is very hopless and his langauge with customer is very bad Helpful

I reserve my tiket online from vashi to chaken for bus kurla nehru nagar to junnar. The approx bording time on my tiket was 6:50 AM (vashi depo). I reach in depo at 6:45 i wait til 7:30 AM but other passanger told me that your bus was missed. I contcted to Kurla depo as well as i personaly meet to Panvel depo head person. They told me tha bus was reched in vashi at 6:30 and it was missed. They didnt allow me to go by other bus. They just said that we cant do anyting because my tiket is e-tiket. I missed by bus because of wrong informaton provided to me. As well as i loss my valueable time and money also. They dont have imporatant and care of pasanger. No one was ready thete to help me. I ashamed to be an maharaahtrian. Worst service.

hi this is Mahender patil this is to inform you that my sister is regularly travel in st bus from navi Mumbai to dadar
bus driver is not do the stop at juinagar bus stand n LP bus stand and the Beauvoir of conductor is worst whenever we ask for tickets he always ask for the change n do argument n ask us to do whatever you want I have good contact in mahanagar palika and sometimes he drunk in duty
this is the regular problem we all r request you to pls do something

Sir,
I am regular traveler of S.T from last 40 years.That is only for 100% safety of passangers.But last 5 years I am seeing that "bad behaviour of conductor” with ladies passangers " in S.T.Because When any lady pasanger asked to conductor for seat , conductor gave him a his side seat to that lady or give a seat like where his(conuctor’s) friend who is treveeling from that s.t,that seat will be offer to that lady.and at the night time these person(Conuctor or his friend (they all are S.T servant)do the bad work with that lady or girl,who will seated near/side with them.
I saw this ensidance with lot of time in S.T travelling.at the s.t time ,any gents asked for seat to sit him,conductor cannoat give a seat:But there is any lady ore girl,who are single ore travelling with there husband or father ,the only allowed to seat that lady and girl.This is daily routine of conductor.i saw this type of work did by conductor in S.T for MUMBAI ,DEOGAD,VIJAYDURGA,KANAKAVALI DEPOT mostly.
I want to notice to you that there is separate seat in new 2x2 bus,for conductor in Driver's Cabin for Conductor and you must give the strict instructions to conductor that he must be seat at ob that seat only.Other wise ,one there will be get a news to public that conductor do the rape on ladies passanger on S.T & peolple will cannot give suport to S.T .So I request to that give the warning to change the behaviour of Yours S.T staff(mostly Conducator-and they are above depot) & stiect warning to them.

I want to notice to you that there is separate seat in new 2x2 bus, for conductor in Driver's Cabin for Conductor and you must give the strict instructions to conductor that he must be seat at on that seat only.Other wise, One Day, there will be get a news to public that conductor did the rape on ladies passanger on S.T & peolple will cannot give support to S.T to travel. .So I requested to you that give the strict warning to change the behaviour of Yours S.T staff(mostly Conducator and there colligues) & strict warning to them.

Sir,
I am regular passanger of S.T from last 40 years.That is only for 100% safety of passangers.But last 5 years I am seeing that "bad behaviour of conductor with ladies passangers " in S.T.Because When any lady pasanger asked to conductor for seat (place in the S.T), conductor gave him a his side seat to that lady or give a seat like where his(conuctor) friend who is trevelling from that S.T, that seat will be offer to that lady.and at the night time these person(Conuctor or his friend (they all are S.T workers)do the bad work with that lady or girl, who will seated near/side with them. That lady cannot said to them because of SHAME.
I saw this TYPE of ensidance with lot of time with LADIES & GIRLS in S.T, travelling.from the S.T . Any gents asked for seat to sit him, conductor cannot give a seat:But there is any lady ore girl, who are single ore travelling with there husband or father, the only allowed to seat that lady or girl BESIDE OF HIM (CONDUCTOR) and ..This is daily routine of conductor.I saw this type of work did by conductor in S.T for MUMBAI, DEOGAD, VIJAYDURGA & KANAKAVALI DEPOT mostly.GIVE STRICT INSTRUCTIONS TO CONDUCTOR TO SEAT ON THE DRIVERS CABIN, S SEAT & TELL TO THEM THAT IT MUST BE COMPOLSORY TO THEM.

lodging a complaint agains arrogant behaviour of bus conductor of s.t mahamandal. from bangal wadi to osmanabad, billa/badge number 12371 tictect number[protected] series.travelling from Barshi to Osmanabad asked for changed to him first he refused to give and when he given he given me Rs 5 note which is torned and sticked with a cello tape which no one will wiwll accept and started arguing with me take it other wise leave it. Many conductor do the same thing they didint give the requried changed and when the commuters forget to take it they keep it in their pocket

government should provide an email or a number where we can report arrogant bus driver and conductors..coz no matter how many times would we post complaints on the internet, if no one is actually doing anything regarding this matter then its useless and a total waste of time.

I have noticed that when i was travelling from S T Bus puna to mumbai, a lady found without ticket because insufficient money, but bus conductor arrogantly argument with her and gate out from Bus but someone paid up ticket of that lady but I have ask to you sir or mam it is right to conductor to exit from Bus to without ticket passanger, as per my knowledge it is not proper way sir becuase anytime or any situation any person forget money or pickpocketing. I don't think lady was delibertely wihout ticket.She was educated.
My concern is that even passanger without ticket that time no right to conductor to get off from bus.
Checker will punish or penalized. Lady was alone and night time, it is critical situation. Conductor told me, it is rule and if i was not exhale to lady checker will give me penality.
Please reply to us. I hope you will give proper and true reply.
