Ordered dining table, which took 2 months to come after tons of followups. They sent third grade low quaility product. the top was so pathetic. table has been wobbling, the metal used is so bad. They just dont care to respond to you and will take you for a ride. better buy a second hand product from anywhere else!

These guys sell very low grade product. I had ordered a side table from these guys and they have sent me such a poor quality product that I am compelled to write this review. The table built is not aligned the top stone is a cheap quality floor tile and that too when I unpacked it was broken. Secondly these guys took almost a month 28 days to send the product. Imagine spending 40000 and waiting for the parcel and when you receive it, it is unusable. And even after send them pictures and asking them to compensate they are least buttered. These guys should be banned.

I had placed an order for Wall Decor with Saajawat e-commerce company on 9th Aug by paying the full amount Rs. 4000+ in advance, the order number is SW2197. It has been 45 days since I have placed an order and I have been sending emails whatsapp messages; they are not confirming me the delivery date or even they can deliver the product or not.
2-3 days ago, they said the product is shipped but when I checked the tracking number, it is not even picked up by the courier company. When I checked today, they are saying because of climate condition courier guy has not picked the product.

I can share all the communication I had with them to this forum.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
