I ordered kurti from Nikita (sab fashion) they send totally different product and also very rude and non compliant

I ordered dress on Instagram page The_Sab_fashions on 13 march from Nikita Singhal from rajinder nagar Delhi. She didnt send the dress nor giving refund. Just using abusive language. Shes an Instagram fraud

I ordered dress on 13 march from sab fashions instagram page owner Nikita Singhal .. 23days hue she didnt despatch also and not giving refund also.. Fraud seller she is.. And when u ask for ur parcel.. She uses abusive language

I ordered 2 sarees from nikita singhal owner of sab fashion in old rajinder nagar.. She delivered only one saree and when i asked her for another saree she started abusing me and also not refunding my money back...
Her language is too rude... Even after talking to her politely she replies in a very rude tone.. And as being customer if we ask her any tracking information or about how long my order will take to dispatch.. She starts abusing..

I run a small scale cottage business of selling fashion accessories and clothes form my residence it self and earn little profits. I came to know about a vender from Delhi who was providing me stuff at a very reasonable price so I purchased a dress from her which was delivered to me on time. So I ordered her dresses of rupees 3000 and made payment through paytm online payment app. After the payment she was not responding to my calls and messages. On repeatedly asking she gave me a picture of consignment number of DTDC courier service.Untill 3 day of continuously tracking no data was available. so I gave her a call and asked about the issue, she started abusing me and told me that I can do anything possible she will not return my money nor she'll deliver those dresses and blocked me from calling or messaging her.

I hv ordered ready-made saree from her resaler reema shah (Ph no [protected]). When i got the saree was too cheap... The blouse is not same as in pic.
