This is inform that you I am Malaikani my Cons no is 11578, 19/06/22 at 09:30am Delevery boy Mr.Prabu Delevery without Seal Cylinder, And I ask him how I take without seal Cylinder give me another with Seal, and he told to me i[censored] not take the Cylinder I never come back again, Next time u go to the Alandur Office and Check, take your Delevery, also ne charged extra money 50 rupees every time he delivered, if I told him why I should pay extra money to you, He told today is not your Delevery take your Delevery to another day, This is not acceptable Kindly give me a feedback about the complaint to Email at [protected]@gmail.com

Few months back due to gas leakage we changed regulator from a agency service man with charge of 700 but he didn't provide us any bill... again now even if the regulator is off still gas leaks on burner. We called agency but they are very irresponsible... what will they do if something happens... again we some how got the service man number back and requested him to check it... he says that is a small problem.. how come gas leakage becomes small problem... again he is asking for money for it... this is ridiculous... we denied paying it for that he used abusing words and threatening that he will not come again if something happens... what kind of answer was that... Need immediate action on this...

Visited today 8th Feb 2022, Female officer initiated my request and done my work within 5 mins, happy and thanked her, given written feedback in their register, while stepped out took my bike that time gas delivery service man bike was felt down ( without knowing ), so I took it up and kept it, suddenly that old men (around 60) years abused me and shouted too harsh, which I can't tolerate..
Even he doesn't wore mask and chewing gutka, so this is how Indane organization gives instructions to service lineman to behavior with customers...

I booked the cylinder through online 4 days before and I finished the payment also.My consumer no is 7043722.Bui still now we didn't get the cylinder..I belong to Sabha Indane gas agencies.51, cart track road, Maduvinkarai, Guindy, Chennai.. Very worst gas agency... They are not at all responding properly.. Very poor customer service.we belong to butt road, Guindy.They are not delivering the cylinder more than 10 days in our area...If I asked means they are telling that the delivery person Siva not feeling well..so only delay like that...I don't know whether the whole gas agency is depending on that one delivery person.very worst customer service..I request you to please look into the issue..

I am having consumer gas connection in sabha indane gas agencies,20 days back i have registerded for supplying of gas still now i have not received cylinder when i enquired gas agencies they are telling that they despatched the cylinder through supplier nataraj. every month it is contineuing even after several warning he selling the gas at outside the gas agency also not taking action

They won`t pickup the call most of the times 99.99%. The remaining based on our luck.
The cylinder won`t be delivered in the committed time.
Everybody is corrupted in this organisation, even the delivery boy will talk rudely and will demand you to pay more money additional to the billed amount.
I am using Gas last 1.5 years, till now I have not booked gas over the phone. every time I have to go directly and booked.

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with SABHA INDANE GAS AGENCIES, 51, CART TRACK ROAD, MADUVINKARAI, GUINDY, CHENNAI. My consumer number is 07613. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When we call and ask about it they are telling that today it will come, but so for cylinder didn't come. Sometimes they are cutting the call while requesting thru phone. I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had told the same answer that today difinitly will send, but didn't. We are not able to wait in the home for their arrival believing that Cylinder will come and our official time is getting afected and other personal commitments are getting affected. I request you to please look into the issue.
