I have given full payment and payment is also cleared from my banker and now I am told by the showroom that the color which i asked for is not available and every day i am told a new story that silver color is not available white is available and now even white color is not availble. After full payment how can these people do this kind of work. Booking is done on 19th December 2016. Delivery date was on 25th December 2016. They are just playing with customers. Kindly take a strict action.

My laptop Lenovo S210 touch idea pad with serial no


I have problem in my laptop all USB ports are not working.
so i called lenovo service centre they suggested us to take laptop to service
centre. after giving laptop at service centre they told to do one key recovery,
but our one key recovery is not working. we gave laptop to service centre for
one key recovery, and they charged me whopping 1200 RS but my laptop is
underwarranty then why should i pay charges for one key recovery. so kindly
request you to look into this matter and do needful
