Not received the replacement of my defective bags yet

Sir I purchased Safari bag on 01/5/23 full set of 3, My Bag having problem, not able to Drag or Pull my Bag. Bag Wheel are malfunction and not in proper dimension. Sir I had complaint and submitted all my purchased details. sir they approved and confirm via mail that my replacement is been dispatched on 26th June 24. But TiIl date i haven't received Bag. On continuous follow up with mail and Phone call they didn't have proper Answer weather they have sent or misplaced the bag. Every time I call them they Evade saying they will look into this and solve in 7 days. I never get proper answer. Even the warehouse, S V chain nor the transport have any clue on this. Sir Do needful as soon as possible as I'll be grateful to you.

With reference to the above subject, please note that I had purchased a Safari Magnum INCITE 65 from the dealer D Mart at Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai on the 19th of December 2021.
1. Model Name - MAGNUM INCITE 65 TROLLEY CASE
2. Size - 69 CM X 47 CM X 30 CM
3. Colour - MIDNIGHT BLUE
4. Location - Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
I travelled to Sikkim on the 23rd by flight and upon reaching the hotel, I realised that the bag could not be opened by using my pre set personal combination and neither with the default combination of 0 0 0 0 that came with the bag. I even tried seeking help through various customer forums, but I still could not open the bag, forcing me to use force to finally open the bag. I then called Safari Industries and spoke to their call centre rep, Ms. Misva who asked me to submit the invoice, photo and video of the problem and that they would revert within 48 hours. Today after more than 48 hours when I did not receive any response, I successfully managed to connect with them after 5 disconnected connections ( one out of which was Ms. Misva herself who disconnected the phone after verifying my details) I spoke to Ms. Deepika (you will notice from the voice recordings, that none of them pronounce their own names clearly for the customer to remember, it's a mumbled effort designed to escape from scrutiny. Ms. Deepika could not answer when my complaint will be resolved or when I will get a reply to my warranty claim and then surprisingly a mail is sent from their end during the conversation asking me to visit the nearest store. The funny and irritating part is that they keep repeating that they will be able to help only once the bag is unlocked, so do they expect the customers to not access their personal stuff from the bag and to wait till they find a safari store to unlock it, what if there are no safari stores nearby, secondly they are asking me to check you tube videos on how to unlock the combination code. I will now have to visit a store to find a solution. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY A SAFARI INDUSTRIES PRODUCT, INSTEAD BUY A SAMSONITE OR A DELSEY - QUALITY OF AFTERSALES IS SUPERB. I have the audio recording of my conversation to prove my dissatisfaction with the type of personnel they have hired to do represent their customer care.

Hi - this is regarding the laptop bag complaint number sr019518. My bag has damaged so i have called to customer care to claim warranty and all replacement process has been completed by email. Now from 17th oct'19, i am waiting for my product but they are not sending me the bag.. I have sent many emails and called many times. Now they are not picking my calls or disconnecting my calls when i call to customer care.. I am not getting any resolution from safari... Please help... Thanks satendar singh
