My consignment with two bikes have been transported to Leh. Currently the bikes are in Jammu and there is no update on the status. The customer care is unable to provide Jammu hub number or any details on what the delay.

I have transported belonging from kothiwal dental college moradabad 244001 to Agartala Ganaraj chowmuhani Ramakrishna lane 799001, on 1st August 23, but on opening the boxes I found most of the items are broken.kindly provide my refund after consulting with.i will share the pic details .From Susmita and his lawyer. I send my consignment through safe express with waybill no[protected].
Consignment arrived at consignee state on 20-7-22 but not a single person can try to delivered our material to our party since last 7 days. I also contact aizawl branch but they just give me time only and not Delivering my consignment. Is it a way of working. Your team just wasting our time. Such a 3rd class logistics service ever. Know they give me one another rubbish excuse for non delivery of consignment. What the hell is this, your team just make joke o[censored]s and waste our time and money as well. Do you think after this we carry our business with you no not at all, even I also not Recommend your company to anyone. For me you are the worsted logistics company for your clients. I remind your team lots of time that if they don't deliver my consignment on time than my order is cancelled by the buyer but they also ignore my condition now you just tell me who can bare this loss of order cancellation. Give me update on below mail I'd or contact number about who can liable for my loss

If my consignment is not delivered by 28-7-22 without fail than surely I lodge complaint against your company on consumer forum and than you have to pay me 10times of my consignment amount as relief money.

I transported my household goods from kanpur to udhampur vide way bill No[protected] dated 16 Apr 2022. They have damaged my refrigerator, cycle and box. I have contacted transporter in this regards and also send photos of damaged items, he promised me for compensation but till date no action has been taken from their side. Kindly look into matter and provide resolution.

Why the heck no one responding even customer care number nothing use why this so cheap service providing. . Even getting cash to deliver its not free of cost correct

We a clothing brand based in Hyderabad have sent a package of garments to an other store in Ahmedabad, which has been delivered on time and the package looked quiet in right stage without any damage
To the store surprise as recorded on cctv footage the things looked ok before opening, once opened they see missing things as per the invoice given to them
Safexpress isn’t taking right steps when trying to reach them, they have been manipulating in different ways

4 months old washing machine has been totally damaged. It was sent from Delhi to Imphal, Manipur. Dey even charged us extra for a proper packing to avoid damage. On calling the agents, my complaints has been ignored with no resolution.

1 carton box and 2 bags were dispatched from bangalore to pune on 23 may 2017 through safe express.

The website is showing that the goods had reached pune on 26 may 2017.

But they are saying that the goods is not seen in there warehouse. I have called them several times and still no positive feedback from there end.

The value of the goods is about 2 lacs.

Product reached chennai on 14 May, 2017 not delivered to me till date. Irresponsible logistics co.Pls take appropriate actions against the company for my undue hardship faced. No body had even called me so far.Fate of the product for which I had made a prepaid order is not known till now. Getting evasive reply from the company.
