I have purchased Tvs RR310 front side panels from this website which was on 9th December.
After 2 days every day i messaged them to dispatch my order. Today (12th December 2023)when I check my website their is no order shown in my account in the website. I have ordered 5 nos bike parts from safexbike.com and paid in advance fully of Rs. 2335.96 via amazonpay. on 20.06.2023 11:18:56 AM IST vide Transaction id: M44g01nZFpxrLM ( safexbike) & P[protected] amazonpay.

Afterthat, the company not respoding, no order id generated and the customer care number are came switchedoff.([protected] / [protected])
now pls resolved it and do the needful for return the amount....

Paid the money. Not shipped the product. Contact phone is switched off....

This is Thakur Virat Singh, I have Ordered "SEAT LOCK RAJDOOT ZADON" from Safex Bikes with Order Id:- 424049 on 3rd Feb 2023.
It has been more than 10 Days and still the Order is showing as Pending.
Kindly take required action against Safex Bikes for taking orders and not fulfilling the customer orders for the payment made

I had ordered my bike’s stickers. Dint get any response regarding delivery yet. Nor am able to connect with them. Whichever contact number I tried it’s showing SWITCHED OFF. When I’m trying to login to account it’s showing invalid. My money is gone....

Had purchases tvs current rectifier 2018 model as shown in picture by them on receipt the item was of another design and model, alerted them and they asked to return by India post which was sent and received by SAFEXBIKES and confirmed.
