I have ordered honda cbr 150r clutch cable. The product not dispatched till now. I have called them didn't not responding. And i have paid 243 rupees for it. So please take some action. Please ban this online store

I have paid 877 on 29/Jan/2022 for my pleasure scooty visor as advised by safexbikes.com that this product is not avilable on COD, On the very next day i paid the amount via google pay and as per their delivery policy i supposed to get the product with in 3 day but that product is not yet dispatched till date . When i am asking via mail when you will dispatch it they are keep telling we will dispatch it today, tomorrow or by this day etc.

These people have sent me a refurbished and pathetic painted suspension. After delivery there has been no reply on mails or whatsapp, and all phone numbers are switched off

I ordered spare parts of my scooter they haven't courier yet nor they giving any response please look into it.

I would like to bring it to your kind notice that, the above company is not responding to any call or email query related to dispatch status.

I had ordered a speedometer for my hero maestro. They are not responding to calls and messages and also not refunding back my money. This is pure cheating and it's complete fraud

I have order for mahindra key set. And i paid 1235.but after payment untill now i didn't get any response.

I had ordered for the above cylinder piston assembly for Bajaj Kristal scooter and paid Rs, 2150.
today I received only piston and ring of the same, in this reason I request to refund the balance amount by deducting the cost of piston

I selected a product then i was directed to pay. I paid them through UPI method.when my transaction got done and returned to main merchant site.there was no order detail. My money got deducted for nothing. I raised the complaint through mail but nobody replied. I also contacted them through their whatsapp number but got no reply.
Called every number but one is only working and that one is not answering.
They are cheating and looting money.
I have all the proofs regarding my transactions.

I didnt get my ordered item

I had given ordered for Fork Pipe for my bike NS 200 on 3rd of September later they deliver me a part on 13th sept 2021.

Surprisingly I found the order item and delivered item is different.

Regarding about the same I wrote an email to Kawaljit Singh [protected]@safexbikes.com
On same day..

Yet no response from their side.

I guess this is something they are doing fraud by registering as an e-commerce website.

Kindly look into this matter

I already paid the amount for a bike speedometer rs 1595 and yet not recieved the product.Its been 8 days now and it is still packing in process.

This company is so unorganized and sending spares after one and half month that too wrong items.

When i raised a refund there is no reply from them and sent the wrong item after one and half month.

The second item is dispatched yesterday and not sure when it will be received.

Their phones are not working and it is a clear intension of cheating the customers and no guarantee of what they promised on the website.

I have ordered one speedo meter sensor for my honda cb trigger but while completing order there was error and my money got deducted from my account same has been highlighted to safexbike via email they promised me that i get refund but now they not picking my calls nor reply on email.
Fraud company please take legal action against company.

I Have Done My Payment Through Gpay Of Rs.344/- After Paying The Status Is Showing Pending.I Think This Is Fraud

I had made an online order #265120 for a motorcycle spare part on 21-June-2021 against which I received the delivery through DTDC courier on 07th July 2021but when I opened the package for my surprise the product was not only damaged but broken into pieces
I tried calling the customer care no but the no is not working. on their sales and whatsno i am not getting any response. i even wrote multiple emails to [protected]@safexbikes.com/ dispatch.[protected]@gmail.com/ Harpreet Sethi through with I had received confirmation regarding my order and dispatch but not getting any response. Kindly resister a complain and suggest a way forward

I had ordered one spare part for my bike from safexbikes.com on 30/4/2021 with order id 248445 of amount rs.1468/- but till today (2/7/2021), two months over, the ordered item is not delivered to me. Payment also done. On 10/06/2021 they send me a mail containing one tracking id for the item, but that tracking id doesn't have any data when check with courier website. I also contacted the courier company near my home and share the tracking id for the details, they also said no details found in the system. I contacted all the mobile numbers mentioned in the website www.safexbikes.com and emailed to them also. All the numbers are not available and no response for my mails. So i thing they are cheating me. Now i want my money back in my bank account.

This company is a cyber crime company. They are looting people. They have a online website where they take orders with pre payment of bike parts. After taking the money they dont provide any update. They will share fake tracking IDs. I placed an order on 6th March. I got an confirmation on 8th that my order has been dispatched with tracking details. I made an online order of visor glass for a motorbike, on this website, safexbikes.com. My order no. Was 140324 dated 07.05.2020. They just gave me bogus docket number d57019729 of dtdc courier and changed the order status dispatched. Till the date the order has not reached me. When enquired about the docket number on dtdc website, it says invalid docket number. Friends never order any thing on this website. I will also take up the case with consumer court. After all it is our hard earned money. I have tried all of the enquiry number and no one is recieving the calls.

But i received only 2 itmes mud cover & kick rubber but sticker set still is not recieived send the order...
