I have purchase sahara credit corporative society limited policy but now company office has been closed and agent not responding of my quary for policy i heared that sahara credit corporative society limited policy was false if this is true that what can do for this company office belong to vadodara but now office was closed and agent not communicate me for this policy,
Please help me and give information for how to get back my money...

I have two bonds rs.28000/- each invested in f2 sahara. A. Select scheme in sahara credit co operative society limited, visakhapatnam city branch on[protected] and the maturity date was[protected]. Even if maturity date cross two months they are not bothering for re payment. Here the branch manager simply saying that there is no funds with branch.

If you unable to refund the funds why you are collecting money from innocent people. Being an middle class, poor people like us, we are planning our future requirements in small, small savings and investing your organization, is it fair enough to do like this being an one of the big financial institution in india.

Please arrange my maturity amount as early as possible. For your reference please find details of my investments. Same can be mark to sebi and rti if response not comming with 48 hours.

Main apni shop se daily 30/- rupees sahara daily mai deta tha jo ki mera account no[protected] hai jo ki 22/09/2014 ko open 40 month ke liye hua tha. Mere mature account hone per mujhe mere amount without interest jo maine jama kiya tha sahara ke pass 42250/- rupees.
Ajj 51 month ho gaye hai mai patiala mai sahara ke office jata hun toh woh mujhe koi jawab nahi dete aur na mere ko koi time dete ke app apna paise or check humse kab leke jaye
Mere beti hai jis ke liye maine admission ke liye paise jama karne sure kiye the meri daugther 3.5 year ki hai jo ki l. K. G mai uski admission ke liye mujhe 40000/- rupess ke zarurat thi. Mai kafi pershaan hun ki mera paisa meri time per mujhe kaam nahi a reha 11 month uper ho chuke hai abhi tak mujhe kehte hai ki app fd karwa lo abhi hum paise nahi denege jab ki jarorat mujhe fd ki nahi apni beti ki admission ki hai please help us.

Sir mera "sahara credit cooperative society limited" me account thaa jo maine date 15/10/2013 ko open kiyaa thaa. Account on date 15/10/2018 ko matured ho chukaa hai. Lekin branch mujhe mera matured amount payment nahi kar raha hai. 2 months se jyaadaa ho gaya hai. Maine withdrawal form submit kiyaa tha manager ne kaha 45 days ke baad aanaa. 2 months se jyaadaa ho gaya phir bhi manager payment nahi kar raha. Woh kah raha hai 3 saal ke baad payment hoga.

Sir, we had taken 12 years fix deposit of sahara triple benefit scheme which was matured on 30/09/2017. When we have claimed for the payment and meet with company manager mr. Singh, he is unable to pay we have contacted so many times lastly he advised me company facing payment problem now a days so that you can reinvest your matured money with interest for next one year. I have invested as per his advise but after one year we have contacted at office the same problem is continued. May fixed deposit matured on 15/11/2018 but claim not paid till the date kindly help us for payment :

I have invested rs.2 lakhs in the above company on 30/06/2017 for 18 months covering in two certificates and the fixed deposits are maturing on 30/12/2018.. At the end of maturity period, it is mentioned in the certificate, i will be paid rs.2, 32, 600/-
When i went to the local office of sahara in visakhapatnam, they mentioned that the maturity amount will not be paid even after maturity for the time being.

Some campiness are default agrigold, akshaya gold etc. Then i am stop the payment, i meet 22/9/2015, shara manager, the manager told the completed 5 years after the maturity amount. I am awaiting the completed 5 years the maturity date 30/07/18 i meet the manager the manager sir told maturity form complete then i forward head office 30 or 35 days, after i will remaining meet the manager the manager told 3 to 4 months wait, then the head office forward the maturity amount, here fund is available i clears the amount, but not sufficient fund you will be another 18 months redeposit your amount told the manager sir, please do the justice?

I, raushan srivastava, (On behalf of my mother, shobha sahay, has her fd created in your company sahara credit cooperative society limited as on 19.05.2017 with maturity as on 09.11.2017), would like to inform you that she hasn’t received her maturity amount yet. As per discussion with mr. Sudhir srivastava, emp. No. 2319, in the first week of january 2018, he refused to give my money back and suggested me to fix the amount once again for 18 months. After my earnest request to him as i had my sister’s marriage in june 2018, he accepted and given guarantee to me to return all my amount in the month of june. Since then, i have visited his office many times but he returns me back after giving further date just like an excuse. And also, i had shown him my sister’s marriage card on 15th of june, 2018. And now, few days before, he has refused to pay me my money back

I met with the branch manager several times but he told me if you again reinvest of rs. 137500/= then you may receive of rs. 8141/= i agree with him but till date i didn't get my maturity amount of rs. 8141/=. I have demanded my maturity amount on 28/08/2017. Manager of sahara of branch office near bidhan market, the name of manager is anjani kumar sharma gives word of paying in 90days and after that extenders the date again and again. After many visit to the bran once they payed rs. 12000 only on 21/04/2018 instead of 35000 and told will pay the balance in may 2018, on may 2018 dates 31st i reached the office and see manager is not in office and did called him for the payment and asked for the same manager replied you have to wait for some more days but he refuses to say the exact date when will he pay me the balance.

My mother was mis-guided by agent Mr Verma ([protected] / [protected]) to invest 4 lakh 12 thousand in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited via certificate number[protected] in July 2016 for a period of 5 years after the death of my father.
Now, she wants to prematurely withdraw the amount and ready to pay the fine for it. However, the SAHARA officials are not allowing the same .
They are saying that as per Terms and conditions it is neither allowed to break the MIS nor avail a loan against it.
Please let me know which regulator to approach as it does not fall under RBI and falls under Ministry of Agriculture.

Dear consumer complaints board,

This is regarding the death claim of my father mr. Veeramallu samba siva rao. Unfortunately we have lost him last year on 13th january 2017.

My father believed in sahara and was a true customer since years and has invested his savings in sahara and nominated my mother veeramallu avs padmavati has nominee for the bonds/policies.

In this regard, we have submitted the death claim request and all the original bonds in april 2017 at nizamabad sector office [ sm - ksr anjaneyulu – amw 7303 ] and has followed up several times,
But did not receive any proper information or support from the nizamabad sector office, telangana state.

As we were in need of money, i have also requested the manager to settle at least 50% of the money soon and later 50%.

Then after, i have approached the karimnagar district regional office [rm - prathap reddy] for help, requesting for claim settlement and has been repeatedly checking the status of the claim but there seemed no progress.

Finally, i have visited hyderabad head office zonal manager [ zm - a. K. Tripathi ], assured me, but nothing happened.

We have also contacted the sahara toll free helpline number –
And raised complaint – sccsl-sj[protected].

We are tired moving around each of these offices repeatedly.
I hope it is understandable that, what would be the situation of a family when the earning member of the family is lost.

Hence, i request you to kindly consider with humanitarian perspective and help us in settling the claim request at the earliest.
