Dear sirs,
On 13.8.2016, I have deposited Rs.100000/= for a period of 18 months with the above society through B.S.Gurumurthy (No.[protected].Auth.Centre is Hassan code F.C[protected].Mobile No. of the person who has collected the deposit is [protected].Maturity proceeds of the the 6 receipts put together is Rs.116300/=.Deposit receipt No.[protected] to [protected]-Rs.18000/=x 5+ No.[protected]Rs.10000/= -TOTAL Rs.100000/=.Matured on 13.02.2018, but maturity proceeds not yet received
I have been contacting the authorised person Mr.Gurumurthy every once in a fortnight since first week of January 2018.He had assured that the proceeds would be paid before Feb.end.Subsequently, on 02.3.2018, he came to our house and collected the deposit receipts and claim form when he said that I would get the amount by March end.When I rang up to him on 20th of this month, he said it may be delayed.But, when my husband has questioned him, he has promised to pay before 31st of March.But, on 28.3.2018 when contacted he started telling that you may get the amount by April end.By his frequently changed versions It appears that I may not get the maturity proceeds.
Kindly prevail upon the concerned to ensure that I would get the maturity proceeds of the subject deposit at the earliest.

This is to bring into your kind notice that i am a customer of sahara credit cooperative society limited, six mile branch, guwahati, assam. My account no is [protected] in the scheme called sahara m. Benefit. As per the agreement, i have to get an amount of rs. 57, 687/- on maturity in the month of january, 2017. But, even after repeated requests and persistence, no money was paid to me as yet by the branch. It has also come my notice that the company is paying the other customers with links acquaintances. But they are completely reluctant to pay my amount even after repeated requests. So, i kindly request you to intervene in this matter and help me getting back my hard earned money.

Sir,
As per the schemen i would be receiving the maturity amount with in march 2017 but still not i have received the amount. I had visited the branch and asked the branch manager for the maturity amount. My other colleagues had been asking him since april 2017 but each time he promised to clear the amount with in 15 to 20 days and each time he failed. I visited the branch and the branch manager promised me that amount will be refunded with in january 2017.
But still i am in doubt about the promise. I got very much frustrated and lodging this complain. Please help me in getting my valuable money back.

I had opened a recurrent deposit scheme which has been completed a two month back. Now they are saying that your branch has to be merged with gurgaon branch and then only the payment shall be made. I need money and they are saying that it will take time. One month has already been passed since the completion of the account and they are saying it takes upto 1 year.. I am constantly following up with the company to receive the payment along with the committed interest
Please help me how fast can i get money as it was done for a special purpose

I submitted 60, 000 rupees for fix deposit for 18 months tenure on 11/12/2015. It scheduled to mature on 11/06/2017. I went to the local office at ghoda chouraha kota rajasthan to withdraw my payment but they refused it by saying that there is no payment & i have to renew the policy. Same thing happened with me earlier too. They always refuse to pay the amount even after the mature date & forced me to renew the policy. If i denied it then they advised me to wait for months, still on 7/11/2017, there is no solution.
I am so tired of this & want my money soon as possible because i need it.
Please help me to deal with this situation.

I am Tunu Dey a woman citizen of India. I invest Rs.55500/- (fiftyfive thousand fivehundred only ) Recurring Deposit(Sahara M Benifit-Monthly Deposit Scheam) to SAHARA CREDIT CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETYLIMITED. This is reference to maturity amount under scheme Sahara M. Benefit. The account was opened on dated 23.12.2010 for period of 60 month with premium amount of rupees 500 per month. It was completed on 31.12.2015, but still we have not received the payment, after may followup.

Request you to please intervene into this and help me to get my payment.

The renewal deposited of rupees 6000 in my sahara s BHAVISHYA ACCOUNT [protected] has been wrongly deposited in account no - [protected] by my agent mayashankar ray code no[protected] on 30/09/2014. repeated complaint has been made at the branch KATRAS 1144, But no action has been taken. if the account no and name was mis matched how the amount was made deposited. It is the fault of the cashier Sudhir Kumar Sinha code 22302. So sir kindly investigate into this matter and the amount of rupees 6000 may be deposited in my account Sanjeev Kunwar account no [protected]. A complaint has been sent to lucknow head office by the branch by letter no 1762 dated 07/09/2015 also.

I have purchased following particularised certificates on behalf of my daughter Akanksha Jain stationed at Navi Mumbai on[protected] for the benefit of her son at matured stage. 1. Certificate No.[protected], 2.[protected], 3.[protected] of Rs. 17000, Rs. 16000 and 17000 respectively through Shri Sandeep Jain Sector Worker who visited my home for investment. As my daughter was residing at Navi Mumbai and therefore on the advice of Mr. Sandeep Jain Sector Worker an apllication for account transfer from Bilaspur (C.G.) to Navi Mumbai (M.S.) was moved through Mr. Sandeep Jain, who has not given any acknowledgment for my daughter's application as the work was done on good faith. After passing some time Mr. Jain told me verbally that certificates in question have been transferred to Navi Mumbai office and ask me to contact the said office at Navi Mumbai. My daughter visited so many times to said office but the officer incharge told her that certificates have not been transferred and wanted some reference no. of Bilaspur office, but Mr. Sandeep Jain denied to give any reference no. or acknowledgement of daughters application. In the year 2013 my daughter joined at new company at Ahmedabad and i further asked to Mr. Sandeep Jain that my daughter's job is transferable and therefore it is better to retransfer above mentioned certificates back to Bilaspur and therefore further transfer application of account was moved by my daughter for transfer at Bilaspur (C.G.). This time Mr. Sandeep Jain further denied to give acknowledgement of my application on the pretext that the work will be done within reasonable time. After passing 3 months in the year 2013 i further asked him then he annoyed vigorously on me and told me that i am not your servant and i[censored] want any kind of information I have to visit his office. Since last 2 years I have visited so many times to his office but no fruit full result is out. It is therefore requested to go through the complaints at let me know the status Que of my daughter's above mentioned certificates in writing from your concern within the period of 7 days otherwise I have no room but to go in consumer forum for redressal of my complaint for claiming amount for mental agony. Let me also intimate that what kind of action have to be taken against such person who is not behaving properly with me as well as harassment to my family. Your's Sincerely M.K.
