We booked a plot of sai reniit which situated near anekal called sai chamundeswari layout, paid rs 100000 as advance in the year of 2017 but till now they didn't developed basic necessities (Road, sanitary and all) when i visited that office in hsr layout they are telling like that project got cancelled due to some problems with land owner, so i cancelled my booking in january 2019, they told in another 90 days you will get your advance amount, but till today i didn't got any amount, and if i called no-one picking calls, worst service in real estate

I have booked a plot in sai metro city 4th phase, 494 plot no. On 17th september 2017 which is developed by sai reniit group.

I have been told that release order, e-khatha, bmrda approval, latest tax paid receipts will be available in a month from the booking date.

After a month when i enquire about release order and other pending documents to managing director and customer relationship team, they are constantly postponing the dates and providing some wague documents available dates. I have proof of those emails as well.

While booking the plot, i have been given some bundle of documents which includes previous history of plot and so on. These documents i have given to property lawyer for verification, and the lawyer recommended me to not to choose this plot as there are multiple mandatory documents are missing. I will be attaching the lawyer statement here for proof.

After the lawyer recommendation and looking at the sai reniit team behaviour when i ask for the pending documents, i decided to cancel the plot and same is conveyed to gm sales of sai reniit personally and over written as well on 11th nov 2017. Attaching the email as well for proof.

In the booking form its been mentioned that in case of cancellation refund will be provided with in 60 days. From the date 17th september, its been 6 months my booking amount rs 50, 000/- is not refunded till date.

When i do constant enquiries i have been informed over email from customer relationship team on 7th jan that gm sales approved cancellation in dec 7th and refund of rs40, 000/-will be provided in month of february. But till now there is no refund and if i call them over phone they are giving very irresponsible answers and not at all providing me a confidence of refund. Email attached for proof. Also they mentioned that in case of cancellation due to legal issues complete refund will be provided, so i provided them the lawyer statement over email from that time on wards they didn't comeback to me on refund confirmation as well.

Hence i am requesting consumer court to look into my issue with sai reniit group and sai metro city for refund of rs 50, 000/- along with interest for the delay in providing my refund.
Along with this i want to inform the consumer court that i have paid this rs50, 000/- through credit card and i converted that into emi. This is completely due to gm sales ganesh who forced me to book by saying same rate will not be available if i book on next day and asked me to pay through credit card as i am not carrying my debit card that day. I request consumer court to help me to get the interest due to emi as well from sai reniit group.
