Refund of Excess Payment towards Car Insurance, Car Registration and Road Tax Charges (for 15 years)

Address:AC 188, Sector 1, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700064

I, Col Manobendra Roy had booked Grand i10 Nios from EM Bypass Showroom. Booking Amount was paid on 07 Aug 2021. Balance amount was fully paid on 09 Aug 2021.

Now my contentions as under :

1. Car Insurance payment taken from me is Rs 33658/-. However the car insurance actually paid by Saini Hyundai is Rs 29221/- on 26 Aug 2021. Thus an excess amount Rs 4437/- paid is due as REFUND to me.

Regarding Saini Hyundai Workshop At Rampur Kolkata

I have booked i10nios from first weak November 2020 by depositing rs.10000/-. After that I have done full payment in January 2021. Till now I have not got my car and as I have done loan from bank they are demanding car details or else they can take legal steps as it is almost 2 month from loan disbursement. Kindly take my matter and guide what to do now....

Deceitful intent of selling

WRONG PROMISES

We had renewed our Insurance Policy with Bajaj only when we were provided with a 4th free service coupon issued from Saini Hyundai by Madam Sangeeta in leau of the policy..while issuing the same when asked by us she replied that you can avail this coupon in Bengal Hyundai, Maniktala which is close to your residence...When we went to avail this coupon at Bengal Hyundai we were told by Mr.Amit there that it has to be availed at Saini Hyundai...
