Sir pls help me... Maine sakshi moters nerul new mumbai se apne bhai k liye yamaha fz bike lene k liye 1.33 lakhs rs. Deposite kia but woh na bike de raha hai na rs. Me toot chuki hu police station k aur yamaha showroom k round lagate lagate... Usne bahot sare logo se fraud kia but koi action nhi lia jata uske khilaf woh (Sood) abhi bhi aaram se sabko loot raha hai... My num is [protected] and my name is neha tewari... Pls. I booked motor cycle on 14may 2017 at sakshi motors nerul navi mumbai with full payment of 143000/- to get the vehicle as early as possible. And the estimate time given was 13june 2017 but was assure the delivery will be done before 13 june. 2 months passed by but no vehicle was delivered even it was not yet bought from the company only false promises were made that bike will be delivered tomorrow or next week which were never met.
