Placed order on 31 oct 2020 for samsung tv at rs .11999.
order no. 61340.
i was following it up and suddenly it said ' order completed'.
as their phone never works, i sent a mail. i was asked to contact their delivery agent. they sent a form for ' custom vertification' which was duly sent.
they promised fast delivery but no tv received yet.

On site sale bazaar. I made payment of Rs-11999 by credit card on 11 th Jan 2021.i received message of payment but I am not getting update on delivery ...
Company helpdesk is not picking the phone and has block my no...if I call from new no. They are saying to call in other no, again they start to not pick my phone no....
