LG TV was order on 7 Jan 2021, as per the initial discussion it was suppose to be delivered within 60 days but till TV is not delivered. No response even on connecting with support team or most of the time support number is not rechable.

I had booked one smart tv from
sale-bazaar.com web site..
They given me order no 815638
it's 1 month will complete on 13 may but product till date not received..
I had many times called but they are not received call. After booked twise time they received my call and told me product came from out of country and its stuck in custom so wait till 26 Apr 21.
But after 26 I was called but now they are not received my call. Order payment also done..
Their customer care no is [protected]
One toll-free no is not reachable[protected].
Please help me and take action against this fake ecommerce Web site.and Try give me refund.

After seeing their ad in many places about sale-bazaar.com (Big Bazaar), I placed an order for 49' Ultra (4K) Television on 8/5/2021 with order no 879736. I paid Rs.18, 209 as mentioned in the ad. I also received a payment confirmation through SMS which said my order is being processed.
After that there is no news about fate of my order. Their telephone numbers are not working. I sent at least 10 emails to them but there is no response. I am not sure whether the company is genuine or fraud. I am still unable to contact them. You can see the website sale-bazaar.com for various products. How can I get my product or money back? Screenshot of the website, the ad and the acknowledgement of my payment is attached.

They just take order take payment but do not deliver order

Purchased a 49inch TV in jan2021 and the product never got delivered . The 1-800 phone number doesn't work and the other number given works just once and then we r told to contact Fastbox for all delivery related questions. The number given for that again just works the first time and then you're blocked. They put you on hold to check the order number and disconnect . Attaching the phone numbers here.

27.1.2021 was placed order ID 522175 Samsung TV delivery problems

My name is Partha Dasgupta, staying in Mumbai.
I have placed the order on 4th November 2020 for LG 49 inch smart TV on sale-bazaar.com & transferred Rs. 18209 for the purchase through online payment.
my order ID is 181879, dated 4th November 2020. However, I have not received the product till 31st January.
In between I tried to contact their toll free number but that was not working. I am attaching the sales invoice that I received in my mail.
On 1st February I am able to contact their customer care & one lady named Priyanka, informed that my product is stuck at Mumbai Airport & I need to fill one verification form to clear the goods. Subsequently I received through email,
a online verification form which I sent it after duly filled in. I don’t have any confidence on this site & hence Kindly look into this & arrange to get my money, Rs.18209 back.

I ordered 49inch TV and I paid amount through my debit card I didn't receive any proper msg from sale bazaar I order on November 23 my order ID is 310691 please reply

I ordered a 43 inch Samsung smart TV on 22 November 2020 after seeing ad in Google website. I paid by credit card. Order number 299579. When i track the order it says the order is completed. Even after 2 months I haven't received my TV yet. The contact phone number given in the website not responding.

I have placed the order on 26th of Nov but till today have not received my product and have called them several times but there lines never get connected soon and by chance if we are able to connect the call they reply will receive the product on so and so date and have asked for my refund and send them several mails but no reply . So kindly take necessary action on them to get my money and please request you to catch these frauds and sue them because they have cheated hundred of people so far and people have given their reviews on the portal that they have been cheated. So further do the needful 🙏

After seeing their ad in Facebook and youtube i places an order via sale-bazaar.com (Big Bazaar), I placed an order for Samsung 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV (UA43TE50FAKXXL)@Sale-bazaar.com × 1 Rupee₹11, 999.00Television on 08.10.2020.
- I paid Rs.11, 999 as mentioned in the ad.
-I also received a payment confirmation through SMS and email which is said my order is being processed.
-then i called on there numbers they said your product is coming from Bangalore then they said from hyderabad.
-And then they blocked my number so i send emails and got reply that your product on the way. and in one email they wrote to me that, today courier company picked ur product for delivery, when product will e reached in ur city, they will contact you but never reached (i attached screen short of this email )
-and they mention in there trackorder section- your material is on shipping and importing from out side the country wait for 60days. Now i waited and track my order on its web page- Track your order, every 15days change status wait for another 22 or 20 days. I have screen short of all.
1) Screen short of ad facebook and youtube.
2) Emails from sale bazaar. Invoice copy, email stating your product on the way. and in one email they wrote to me that, today courier company picked ur product for delivery, when product will e reached in ur city, they will contact you but never reached
3) salebazaar built with WooCommerce, www.woocommerce.com
4) on same address they have one more website registered salemarkeet.store- I have screen short of that we too. Now its not opening showing error. I thing they are fraud and looting so-many people in India, i think they are getting crores of rupee buy these web sites

Screenshot of the website, the ad and the acknowledgement of my payment, emails, policy, latest update(after 60days what they say on there webpage/order page) payment done by my credit card to there cash less payment collection, is attached.

I want to complaint for this company and I want my money back.

What else you needed please let me know i have the details to track this company...

The website is fraud . Customer support and owner is not traceable

Have filed official complaint to police and cyber crime for the refund o[censored]nauthorized charge
