Salwarsuit Bazaar sent me the wrong size (XXL instead of XL) and requires me to pay a fee for an exchange (despite the mistake being theirs). Very poor customer service through WhatsApp, they respond every two days.
The product is also of a much lower quality. For example, the pattern of work in the video is much more intricate and heavy compared to what I received. I received a completely different color and a very simple pattern....

Instagram page selling online clothing, asked for online payment ensuring 3-4 guaranteed delivery, whereas cash on delivery would be 9-10days, also committed to providing tracking details.

After one week informed that the product has been lost....

I ordered product from this instagram page and they told in start it's 100% same as picture and also that it is has exhnage policy ..later when i asked for exchge as dress received was ugly they asked me extra money and gave a list of policy..i even did that and paid 680 as shipping charges but now the new received dress is even uglier and they are not replying now to text also they blocked me from Instagram after I wrote a review

The Instagram page holder salwarsuit_bazar, has committed a fraud by stating wrong facts about the product and then sending cheaper quality and defective product to me. There was no effective communication also once the amount was paid. I read multiple complaints about the same page once I faced this. Please help...

I asked them if the dress was exactly how it was in the picture and they said yes it's 100% same we guarantee quality and design. Now that the dress is arrived, the colour is different, the design is different, it showed backless but it's not at all backless everything is different even though I asked her if it was exactly the same or it is going to be different when I receive it and she guarented that it's exactly the same. I ordered a dress from salwarsuit_bazaar. They asked for online payment and ensured express delivery within 3-4 days.. it's been 2 weeks nowm I haven't recieved my order. When I ask them about details of order they don't replying properly. I asked them about the tracking details but they didn't share. Jinagana doshi's Salwarsuit bazaar and Dresses bazaar is a big time scam.. be aware people.
