I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the behavior of one of your gas delivery personnel. During my recent interaction with them, they displayed inappropriate behavior by making demands for money and behaving unprofessionally.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it is unacceptable for your personnel to behave in such a manner. I request that you take immediate action to address this matter and ensure that your personnel are trained to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
I also urge you to take steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.

My name is Gulshan Ahmed and my indane Gas consumer number is 36697. Shakti Enterprises, Hari, Opp Bus Depot, Clock Tower Road, New delhi-64, is my gas agency. I'm deeply hurt to write this, that this agency has no human values, nor they know how to communicate with their customers. They always say it takes about 20 days from booking date, but they never deliver it even after 20 days of booking date, until you call them and remind them again. The biggest pain is to get through their phone numbers, I guess they are forever chatting with almighty god over the phone.Poor service... No one attends phone call not there is any other complaint nmbr. There agents are thief they sell our cylinder and there's no one will listen to your complaint.
Am unable to get through your phone numbers, can you please confirm my deliver of gas asap.

The unit was installed on 20th august 2015. eversince the unit is installed, no one has to service the mandotary service of the unit. my aged father has called many times but no one replied to even come to maintain.
We want strict action to be taken on this company as they are making wrong assurance to consumers.

Leakage of cylinder

Leakage cylinder not replaced
Dear Sir,
My consumer HP gas consumer no is 628846
I have received refilled cylinder on 2nd Feb 2013 and we found that there is gas leakage from that cylinder.
I have been complaining constantly and asking to replace the cylinder but till now nothing has been done to
replace the leakage the cylinder.Although their technician came to attend the complaint
but he is not ready to listen our concern.Although it is a very serious issue but they are not worried about it.
I request you to look into the matter and help me to resolve this problem.

At Samatha they are simply postponing delivering the refills under the pretext that they are short of stocks. . Refills are not being delivered before 20 days from date of booking that too only when we visit the agency are we able to get a refill. We hope authorities would look into the matter, Rectify the same and oblige.

usually no body picks the phone and one day they picked the phone and I booked our cylinder. They said, they will send the cylinder within TEN DAYS but nobody has come. Now, when we again called them , they said you haven't booked any cylinder and after much argue they said, they will send the cylinder within FOUR DAYS.
BUT TILL NOW NO RESPONSE
IT HAPPEN ABOVE 1 MONTH.
When we consult to deliver man they said we have more cylinder
BUT ONLY FOR BLACK. WOULD YOU WANT????
We urgently need the cylinder, please Do something and find its
solution as soon as possible.
TODAY N LAST 3 DAYS I HAVE NOT GOT HOME LUNCH.

Samatha Shiva Shakti Enterprises — not taking booking on phone
sir, they have given a list of phone numbers for booking. but all the phones either out of order or always it will be busy or they wont answer at all. every time we are forced to visit their office for booking. many times i reqested for a phone they are giving reckless answers. as per their conversion they are telling that big people are behind us so you can not do any thing & this is the kind of attitude they show to consumers. kindly you check the following phone numbers. this is causing much annoyance to me. every time i have to take a auto or bus to visit the office for booking. kindly see to this so that we can book on phone.[protected], 24048864,[protected]thanking you sir
