Mai aaj 12 aug ko kanpur to gorakhpur samay shatabdi bus se bus no up78ct9900 se 3 passengers Anoop anshu Anuradha yatra Kar rahe hain, bus me jarib chauki par chacha, driver name mantis itna Ganda behave Kiya, galat bate boliye, Mera luggage diggi me nahi rakhne diya, seat par rakhne ko Bola ki baith k jao, gandi gandi bate bolna laga, bola ki ab mat baithna,
Itni gandi tarah se bat karne k karan mujhe bahut galat feel ho raha ki samay shatabdi me trevel Kar k bahut galat Kar diya kya.

Hi I have traveled from lko to ghaziabad. The Bedsheets of the bus is too dirty and when I asked the staff he said it will change from saharanpur .it was too dirty to even sit and also they haven't gave water bottle. Bad service bad bus.

I have booked my tickets for haridwar on 12th Aug with my 8 yr old child. when we went to book tickets they said you have to take 2 tickets n per ticket charges is 1860 for Haridwar as per that guy ticket charges are high because of festival but also they insisted to take 2 tickets that will come across rs 3720 but when I boarded the bus in front of my seat only one lady with his 8 or 9 yr child traveling in single seat. Seat number is S 12 lower seat.I spoke the same thing to driver if you people allowing then they asked me to take 2 seats with child..they have no answer n said ma'am we can't do anything you can talk directly but there is no one to listen. So this is my request to refund my 1 seat amt that is rs 1860.rather then telling him we have to book single seat that would be I think better because सच्चाई का जमाना नही है। झूठ बोल कर एक टिकट बुक करवा लेते और बच्चे के साथ सफर कर लेते वही ठीक होता एसे ठगे नही जाते। सब के सब चोर हैं। सच बोलने का फायदा उठाते हैं। मेरे सामने की ही सीट पर एक मैडम जी उतने ही बड़े बच्चे के साथ एक सीट पर सफर कर रहे हैं। so better plz refund my one seat amt as soon as possible.ticket has been book by the name of Heena seat number is I n J, journey date is 12th aug from kanpur to Haridwar.

Previously also I traveled many times from this bus company samay shatabdi travels but I was happy with the services but this time my journey was on 24 July 2022 from gurugram to kanpur and this journey frustrated me to hell due to staff behavior because they kept on shutting down the AC during the whole joinery while I paid for an AC bus ticket I kept on calling him to switch on the AC then he switch it on for 5 min then shut down for the rest half an hour.These guys thinks customer fool why should we pay extra amount for AC when we have to travel in a non AC bus.By profession I am a lawyer and I know how to deal with such issues .One of the staff members name is Awadesh Shrivastava and the bus no. Was UP78 DT 0999.I will take this case forward and even highlight this thing on social media. They cheat us like we are fools then why should we pay fair for AC when we have to travel in a non AC bus.I hope you people will come out with a positive result as soon as possible otherwise I will file a case against you in consumer forum as well and demand the refund of my ticket amount.

I have booked 4 tickets from gwalior to Lucknow. When I visit for travel from gwalior then I saw there is no mobile charging socket and curtain available in seat no 15-16 . Urgently I told to bus driver and conducter they argue with me and told me that they can't help me . I'm totally upset from his behaviour and provided service by samay shatabdi travels. so pls refund my money.

Driver stopping it anywhere and allowing passengers randomly. even 4-4 people are seating together.continuous noises, fighting of passengers, even driver allows some labours to sit with him, no place to go outside they are sitting in front of the toilet. If something will happen so who will be responsible driver or the company??? From next time I will not book my seat.

They never received customer calls, always show busy, and no proper response. Even in every bus on the route (Kanpur to jaipur) they feed buses in an illegal way. It means if the bus has 40 seats then they fill 80 to 100 peoples on the way by taken cash 200-400 rupees and did not give any tickets. These peoples site on the ground floor of the bus. The peoples who sit in there seats faces problems because 40 peoples seat on the ground floor. During festival, this problem will increases. The bus will full of lots of peoples more than seats. That is an illegal way of earning money by samay shatabdi's traveler. If in covid situation they follow the same route then it will be highly risky.

They are always taking extra charge by saying nominal charges for carrying the luggage in their given space in bus.
They were asking for 100rs. For per bag with me and also argueing in vulger tone and the staff was really misbehaving. This is not the way to talk to your customer. My pnr no.[protected] and ticket no. Is 2528275. From jaipur to kanpur vehicle no. Up 78 dn 0333 9 p. M..
