Our journey is from Surat to Jamnagar on 21st August 2022. Departure time : 6 pm and arrival time: 6:45 .

I'm doing complain on my way to my destination. It 7 am but we didn't reach to Jamnagar. And they are saying it will took one more hour. My job timing is 7:45 am and now i won't be able to reach on my job at time. I was relaying on Samay travels that they will reach on my destination on time. But now it seems I can't reach Jamnagar on time. I'm very disappoint with samay travels. They do stop at every single stop and took so much time there. It's very unprofessional thing. I want compansation for my loose. I would face problems on my job due to this.

Boarded the bus from Dwarka at 6pm on 15th May 2022; paid full ticket price but the guy refused to issue any ticket - He was unwilling to give me back my change either… Had to ask him 3 times before he returned the change of 50 Rupees… Shouted at me for asking the change repeatedly… i did not argue and got on the bus (Seat 31)…
In the middle of nowhere, he brings another passenger and asks him to share my sleeping berth (the one that i had paid in full for)…
He said either accommodate another passenger or get the hell out of the bus (in the middle of nowhere)…
He eventually intimidated me to pay another full ticket before leaving me alone on my seat…
All the money in his pocket because no ticket was issued…

Run only from baroda to jamnagar, but booking done towards to reliance, khambhaliya.
Driver dropped passengers at jamnagar and shifted to another patel travels bus instead to drop at reliance, this becomes his routine practice.
Samay travel nu naam ane viswas lavta varso nikdi gaya ane ava drive ne karane naam kharab thay 6. Viswas ek maha punji che, tene bachavo nahi to business kyay chalyo jase. Aava driver ne karane. Jo bus jamnagar thi agad na lai javani hoy to jamnagar sudhi j booking karo.

Bus service is very poor, ac not working although we have booked for ac bus.. At 05:00 hrs driver has stopped bus in between and stop engine and ac also. Upon request to keep start ac he is asking 20000 rs for diesel.. Gj 14z 9595 bus no,. Also so many ppl we're sitting and sleeping in lobby area..
Driver has abuse me verbally and told me ""tara thi je thay e kari le"
