I ordered a water pump on 14th dec and also done online payment of Rs.3499. but still I haven't received any confirmation Text, bill receipt or tracking details related to my order. When I call on given number on the site they do a rude behaviour and not give details which I order.
I want to know when I will get my order order number 1177

Dear sir i purchase i flo sameer 1.5 hp moter from moglix e-commerce platfarm. this product covered is one year replacement onside warranty warranty from sameer appliances my moter not working the main defect of pressure issue on this moter i allredy raise comlaint in sameer appliances 2 month ago but till now not resolve my issue as well as no single visit sameer appliance service centre executive. i raise issue many times on showing sameer appliance webside phone number.(91-[protected], [protected]) [protected]@sameerappliances.com) but not resove issue till date from sameer appliances service centre. now i very harrasment from sameer appliances than i decide to comliant in cunsumer court. online platfarm.
