I recently booked Golden triangle trip with Sampuran Yatra Pvt Ltd from 14th to 18th Feb 2024... Our first 2 days of Delhi and Agra were not so great but the actual problem started in Jaipur where we were not provided the hotel room which they committed. My only point of contact was AKRITI CHAUHAN who was very irritating and highly irresponsible who didn't even bothered to pick up my call when I was in so much stress. Our highly anticipated tour with family was completely ruined by this lady and I hope some strict actions will be taken against her and the company

As per our agreement with Sampurn Yatra.They will provide 02 AC Force Travellers with minimum 25 person seating capacity during our present travelling from 1st June to till 10th June.

Their is a very worst services from Sampurn Yatra.

We have already paid them about Rs.90000 against total payable amount Rs.98000(lumpsump all inclusive).

But Sampurn Yatra providing us 2Non AC vehicles.

We are facing huge issues from last 8days due this travel agents.

Most Important thing is, Sampurn Yatra not yet making payment to Drivers, So Drivers are not moving further as per our itinerary.

We are total 25 persons including (5-6childrens) presently awaiting in road (Gulmarg to Srinagar).

Requesting kindly help us.

I have booked package from sampurn yatra they have took 50% from me in advance. When I reached to hotel @ around 5.00 am hotel manager said room were given to other customer. You have to wait till 10.00 am. When i informed to sampurn yatra they said wait. We reached there after 2 days travelling from Thane with my 3 childs and my mother 70 yrs old. Instead of waiting I booked other hotel. Because in low degree temprature i cant wait outside.br...

Sir, we have paid them 80000 amd our trip is on 27 november. But they have switched off their mobile phone and their website is also off. So please help us to find this frauder and get our money back.

Worst service ever after taking payment no coordination at all for 6 days. Worst driver given rajendra kumar (Guddu). Please be aware from this driver as after the payment he taking care of how can your trip get spoiled.
