Full amount paid along with reg charges but site is not registered

I have purchased a site in san city gold in the year 2013 by making down payment of 1 lakh and paid remaining EMIs on time and also paid registration charges of 93000 in 2018. I have totally paid 481800 to the company in full but still site didnt get registered. Now they are saying they will give alternative site and asking for 2 lakhs more. When i request for refund, they are saying they wont take cancellation as they will provide alternative site for which i have to pay 2 lakhs more. That also upfront i have to pay and not at registration time. Still how much money you will loot from the people. Its our hard earned money we gave to you. Please help me in getting my money back. Otherwise i will file a complaint against your company. Also whoever got cheated by this company. Lets jointly put a case against these fraudsters. Please contact me [protected]@gmail.com.

Not returning money even after 5 years

Made 1.75 Lakh payment to Sancity for Kaveri project in 2015 but till 2018 there was no update or development made in site so asked for refund.
After 2 years they have refunded 1, 15, 000 in 3 installement after repeated visits and calls. After that no call no response.
They have given cheques for 1, 75, 000 (1lkah+75k) both were old dated and both are bounced
People who are in company just give assurance or give the problems list they have.
Hard earned money is stucked with them.
Can anyone tell me how to proceed further.

Dis u get your money.. file a compaliant against them. Lets file complaint jointly. Even i got cheated from these guys

3 months ago they have refunded my money.
You need to visit regularly, dont wait for 2 months or 3 months with the manager assurance. Every few months manager will change. If you dont visit to office then you wont get your money at all.

You need to visit regularly, dont wait for 2 months or 3 months with the manager assurance. Every few months manager will change. If you dont visit to office then you wont get your money at all.
