Initially booked the site & paid full money for SANCITY KAVERI, Later on when I enquired about it, They converted it to BUY BACK SCHEME in 2018 by collecting extra Rs 2 Lakhs for period of 3 years.The money was to be given in 2021. When I enquired in 2019, They told me that no money is given to anybody. If I want, I can take the site. They alotted me Site in Sancity Silver shine .
The layout is not developed, I cannot sell the site.
I urgently require money for my medical expenses.

I have purchase two sites on 2014 in sancity kaveri project, till now any body not ready to confirm the registration, this company peoples are playing with our money,

I invested about 1.5 lakhs on one of their project named rachna 2 which had to be developed 6 months back and since it was not developed and as i saw some news on television that they are fraud i asked them for a money back. The representative (Anil) i am speaking to promised a refund in 60 days and then he took an additional 30 days and now he says he will see if he can give the money and he just reacts like i am asking for his money. They are completely into cheating people hence i would request whoever reading this to not purchase any property from them.
