I purchased a site under sancity kaveri project by paying full amount in the year 2014 actually they promised the registration within 2 years. They were postponed the date till 2020 stating government policies are responsible for the delay. But now they are asking me to pay extra 1, 08, 000 failing which my paid amount will be forfeited it's new clause they have added what to do now? Please help...

According to my agreement, i suppose to get site registration done by this time but still its not done. They extended agreement. They just called me and told that they are extending the agreement. Even they dont even send an email and they dont receive the calls if you ask them give right reason. They dont reply your emails. Don't prefer sancity. Very bad management. Very unprofessional. Waste of your time and money....
