Hi, i am sagar, i have purchased a site in kaveri projet near to hunsur in 2014 by paying 2, 90, 000 in the scheme of "Buy Back agreement for the term of 3yrs in return of doubled amount. After completion of 3yrs in 2017 March i have apoorchrd them to give back the doubled amount of 5, 40, 000 after deduction of all taxes, but their executive (swaroop) and given me some unnecessary answers n with hold money till august 2017 And finally i forced to return the money finally ty return 3, 50, 000.. In 2instalments and told me tat ty will pay back remaining amt after a month along with interest.. But till today i am trying to reach them through phone n even i visited tr office monthly twice i am getting all the unwanted reply like our boss is busy, in meeting, went to mysore.. I am fed up by this company, At the time of investing ty will hv tr own time n welcome with smile n promise to pay back at a specifed time.. But once u catch up with tr hand ty will make u to rome like a dog n always u need to enquiry when i will get my money back.. Its just like giving our money n begging for the same.. Still ty need to repay 1, 50, 000rs.. Even i request them i hv lots of problems pls give it back asap but ty won't hv any mercy at all..better think n invest don't get fooled and stuck with ur hard earned money.. In upcoming month i am going file a case against them, if any body intrestd pls contact me..
