Big Stealers

Big Stealers...I bought a Honda activa this year.. today was my second service and by default I had left some stuff in the boot and there was a key ring attached to the keys... Today when i went to collect the bike those things were missing... and showroom manager is saying that we don't take responsibility... after the heated discussion he gave us the stuff of the boot but the key ring is stolen... I have two cars of Tata and Maruti and...

Bad Service

Address:1605 Okra, Gulmohur Residancy Ahinsa Khand 2 Mall Road, Indirapuram

I have given my scooty Garzia on 23rd July 2021 to Sangam Honda showroom at A 23/6, Industrial Area, Site-4, Link Road, Sahibabad - 201005, Near Mohan Nagar Flyover, at 1 PM afternoon

Below problema was not addressed by service man and mr Rajeah who have made service vouchee
Visor not set properly
Vibration in scooty
Starting race exceeded
Might be Engine Oil not changed as smelling in silencerbr...

service of a bike

My bike has been services at this service center on 3rd of december 2017.
I had gone to the center to resolve the problem but the problem is still not resolve i have visited the showroom 3-4 times and wasted my time there but i can not get the desired result.
Every time when i go to the showroom they tell about the new problem and asked money to resolve that....

Non replacement of part

I have done servicing of my scooter through sangam honda, ghaziabad. To my dismay, at the time of my delivery I found "whiser" of my scooter broken. Which the manager of service center accepted and acnowledged and gave in writing to replace it free of cost . But, now they are dilly - dallying it. citing non availability of the wiser. I do not how to deal with them....

Service problem

Dear Friends,
There is a Honda service center/show room in Sahibabad, site-4.
I brought bike in 2009 from this showroom and always get my bike service in due time from this service center only and use supplement and engine oil..now my bike running readfing 49000 around.

Since the year purchasing i am Facing problem every year for engine work.
The service people never get any engine work in engine warranty...

I have purchased a Honda Dio on 6th Sep 2014 and till now I haven't received the service book for the same even after multiple complaints. Now I am facing real problems specially during servicing of my new scooter. Please review the situation and do the needful at the earliest. Your action will be highly appreciated...
