Booked for sarees on line in website www.sangamre.com on 31st August-22 but still product or money refund not recieved....

I had ordered a boat bluetooth earphones for 199INR on 10th November, 2022.
I did not receive any information about my order and not even any tracking details or contact information.
I request you to provide me with a refund of 199INR at the earliest....

I ordered 1 set of boat bluetooth but I didn't get that bluetooth....

I have not received my product, 1 month have completed to given order and payment done also at the time of order.
Provided contact number did not connected...

I booked earbuds12 days are gone but my ear buds till not delivered...

In 28th Oct 2022, I was ordered Bose noise cancelling 700 Bluetooth wireless over ear headphones with mic for clear calls & Alexa enabled and touch control(silver luxe). I ordered a neckband a few days ago and not got any confirmation about the successful order confirmation through text/email after payment was done.
They are not responding to my emails or calls.
It says 'Incoming call is not available on this number' on there website so there is no way to know where your money went....

I have ordered 1 saree and 1 lehenga of rs 398 but there is no response from the company.
