Bus cleanliness

Bus was totally worst, very worst and dirty seats, people vomited near windows and seats in previous journey, they haven't cleaned that. People will get serious desieases if they travel in such a worst worst dirty bis.

Bus delay
I have booked bus from Bangalore to bidar sanjana travels, bus suppose to departure at7:45 from Yeswantpur but arrived 8:15. Worst service ever I see in the last 10 yr in my experience there is no window lock system, usually I used to book pavit, pooja, vrl, srs service is better than Sanjna. As per web site booking timings bus suppose to reach bidar At 8:30 but bus that time lying in Shapur. Time is so precious. If not able to reach on time need to return money to all passengers this is knowingly doing cheating sanjana travels. Finally reached bidar 12 😠👹

Im priyanka... I traveled in sanjana bus.. Bangalore to bidar... The staff behavior is da worst...7.30pm scheduled bus arrived at 8.30pm and driver is busy loading parcel... Till 10pm.. If anyone asks to hurry up... He was shouting on dem...
Mine was a ladies seat. No lady booked beside... So he started forcing me to shift to single seat so dat the single seater male can adjust wit one extra male seat..
He drove very roughly till gulbarga... A sleeping person just jumped high and fell down... On speed breakers...
Somehow reached gulbarga alive... Der he started unloading the parcels.. It took nearly 1&1/2hour... Even after dat he dint bother... He started to fill the empty seats wit short ride passengers... At cheaper rates.. Bus filled more dan capacity.. And he forced them into booked seats..
He refused to on the. Charging facility... And
Started scolding dem.. Upon asking.. Such a rude behavior... Sanjana travels is the worst to travel... Parcel quantity weight was such large... All over bus.. Dat bus could trip and fall... It was almost twice the weight of bus including passengers in it... God saved us... Hope to reach home safe..

M Gowda, I booked bus Bangalore to sindhanur, seat was not yet clean and also windows is not closed properly it's heavy rainy, , , the water fall down on inside of the seat, , , , staff behaviors is Worrist, , , staff started to fill the empty seats wit short ride passengers(from Bangalore onwards), , At cheaper rates..

First time I am traveling in this bus, its very dirty with all broken windows and dirty bedsheets and pillows . And bus is full of cockroaches and very uncomfortable. I will never suggest this bus.

There is no cleanliness in the bus at all.
The passenger in the bus are double than the seat capacity.
How can you accommodate the same duricng COVID-19 situation.
And upon that bus never reaches on time.
If you can't provide service better you shut.

Very bad experience and not time sense. Behaviour with passanger very bad. Bangalore to Bidar bus totally not satisfied. The bus went to Bidar 2hours late .
In sanjana traveling agency there is extra driver seat in between 2+1 arrangement.
In seat no 14 Lowe and 15 lower there are two ladies . beside them how can sleep a
male driver..this is not valid.
Please help us other wise we will take action against this.the staff behavior is so rude .worst people
