I Sanjib Kundu a savings account holder in your axis bank
(A/c-[protected]), Belgharia branch. I have maintain my regularity
in your criteria. I want to invest in Fixed Deposit of your Bank -
Belgharia Br. and fill up the form and deposit towards "Rajib Shil" on
27/03/2015. He confirm me he submit the form to 'Operation Department'.
But I am sorry to say you that till now no amount debited from my
savings account. Strange,...

I am Sanjib Kundu (Advocate cum Tax Consultant). I am prepaid card holder of VODAFONE ESSAR LIMITED since 2002. Today i.e 27/10/2010, without any information the company disconnected my outgoing Services. I am very suffer for this behalf. I have no contract to other person for emergency purpose.
So. I request you, please avail my outgoing service as early as possible.
