Allstar device in batch no.01b073 purchased @ chennai - medplus on 3/5/2018 vide rt. No. Rtnmm[protected] my wife is a cardio & diabetic patient who taking lantus insulin -25 in morning before food. There is 250 unit stocks in the cartridge. The device is faulty, insulin did not come out from the device. So, to day tiffin taken without consuming insulin. By this reason sugar level increased to day. To control sugar level, insulin must be taken to-morrow. Since the allstar device is having 3 years replacement warranty, kindly arrange for the replacement the same immediately

    No Customer Care No. and email given on the pack of Lantus Solostar

    I tried to lodge a complaint with the company and speak to them regarding faulty Lantus pen but could not do so in the absence of no mention of customer care no or e-mail id for the same. The knob meant to press while injecting has stopped working and is jammed. Not mentioning the above details is a gross violation of the Consumer rights as well as packaging act, specially for imported products. . The Company should be advised to follow...
