I booked a villa (with 5 cent land + 5 acre land) about 3 years ago with Santhimadom Builders in their Munimada site. I paid about 18 Lahks Rupees within one year. The total project cost was 35 lahks. Then they came up with a nice promise. They said that if somebody paid full amount of 35L, they would pay out monthly rent of Rs 25,000 from the next month onwards for 1 year and also they would complete the project within the 1 year.
