The website www.sapnaonline.com sells books online and pretend to do so as if they are selling original books. But, it has been found that neither their prices are correct nor the books are out of suspicion. Dear Sir,
I placed an online order[protected] for a book with sapnaonline on 26 Sep, 21. I made the complete payment, online, along with delivery charges.
I have not received the product even by 19 Oct, 21.
Sapnaonline is not ready to refund the amount as well.
Could you please help me to get the refund at least from sapnaonline.

I ordered a book namely "Control System Engineering" worth of Rs. 340 on 7th of august.

But still m waiting for their response as estimated delivery date is over. Now i am unable to get login onto their webpage, can't understand why so? their customer support line is not connecting my call to their executive.

Delivery of book
I ordered one book on 2nd June 2016 and they have not yet delivered the book. When I contact them, they say they will deliver on priority.This is the worst service i have ever seen.

I want the book at the earliest.

Sapnaonline — Fraudulent site
I ordered a book on 8 th Aug, 2015. Its still not shipped. Its a scam and many people are already trapped in it. I request all to be beware of this site.
