I ordered a book from Sapnaonline.com and paid them Rs.575 on August 9, 2021. I also contacted them on same day for priority delivery of the book since I wanted it for preparation for an interview. They promised priority delivery. I got a Delhivery tracking ID for the order[protected]. When the delivery did not arrive till August 17th, I contacted Sapna through email that the book did not get delivered and that I no longer needed the book since my interview got over. I asked for a refund, but they asked me to wait for 2 more days and that they will not give a refund. Today August 21, 4 days later when I checked the courier in Delhivery, it now shows that the order is UNdelivered and is in transit for return. I did not receive any calls regarding the delivery even though I had given my details, including phone number correctly to Sapnaonline.com.

Besides the broken trust, they are adamant on not giving a refund to me. I need them to pay my back my Rs. 575.

I purchased "agriculture at a glance book" in sapna online kiosk, on 17 th october 2019, and they promised us for delivering the book within 4 to 5 days of working days, but still i didnt recieved even the status of item. Its my personal request and that book is for my exam purpose, requesting to care abt this product

I placed order for a book "clash of civilizations & remaking of world order" on 15th december 2017 with order id:[protected], even after repeatedly e-mailing them asking about status of my order i just got their standard reply stating they will dispatch it as soon as possible. I even tried calling customer care but they failed to give me details about the shipping. I highly recommend people to not buy from this online portal instead visit their actual store in cities.

I ordered for a book on Economic Survey on 28th April ... the online website said that the item would be dispatched in 1 - 3 days and still says the same ...order id :[protected]

its been 6 days now and the item is yet to get dispatched... i've been calling the customer care everyday and they keep saying the item will be dispatched the next day

this is such a waste of time and such a fraud as they have not dispatched within the stipulated time of 1 - 3 days ... kindly resolve the issue as a refund after 5 years wont be of much help

I had ordered two books for a total of Rs.928/- (paid online) on last 04/08/2015 in the site https://www.sapnaonline.com of which Order ID is :[protected]. They generated invoice for the items and sent messages in my mobile that the items has been shipped via India Post AWB No: CK[protected]IN and No: CK[protected]IN respectively. Tracking of these at India Post site shows 'No Data Found" and Sapnaonline's site shows the status of dispatch as "Shipped" in one section while on the other as "Pending". I do suspect the AWB numbers are fake ones and they have not yet dispatched the items. The addressee has not so far received the items. I called a good many times at Sapnaonline.com's phone no: [protected] but they never respond and the connected call continues to raise my phone bills minutes after minutes. They also have not replied my e-mailers to [protected]@sapnaonline.com asking for a refund. I want a full refund immediately.

I ordered a book from sapnaonline.com and made payment for the samw through net banking, but it has been 15days and i have not receieved my order or refund. My order id is-SAP[protected] When i call at their customer care executive no one is picking up phone. I feel like being coned, when they are unable to run their business why dont they bring thier website down.
