I have given my New Access125 for it's first service. Immediately after my vehicle was taken in and a first service card was issued. He service person said i have to give an amount of 550 as service charges. This happened today(29/12/2021).
The sales person was Navin.
Name of the showroom is Saptagiri Suzuki, Located at No.1041/A, Dr Rajkumar Rd, 4th Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010.

The sales guy even told me the charges are applicable to everyone and not just me & also that even if i talk to the manager he would also saw the same.

I shall file a FIR regarding this if this goes un-noticed. I amwell aware, i am not the first to rise a Question regarding this and the service they provide at this showroom.

The sales person's name did not reveal his name. He DID NOT INFORM us they will be charging us untill they took away the vehicle into their service room and filled a first service form for me.

Please take action on this.

    From past 6 years i am giving my slingshot to saptagiri suzuki the authorised service station. One year back my indcator stopped working and i given request to saptagiri suzuki t - dasarahalli branch. They keep telling next service we will get the spares and we will do the rectification. Now from past 3 months back the self starter stopped working and for this also they told next service the spares will be available.
    When today i left my vehicle for servicing by evening they called and informed the spares not available. They talked very rudely and told they are not keeping stocks of the material as this involved the costing which the center cannot bear as the production of the sling shot is stopped.

    I when i told the md will arrange the service centre person told the owner cannot do anything as they are the persons working and doing the work.

    They are not able to provide the proper service to people and they want only money.
