I bought a king size bed and mattress and single bed and mattress yesterday (14/04 / 2021) I paid from the delivery charge and fittings charge as well .
When the delivery man ( Mr Rafiq) started fitting he found that 4 screws were missing . He told me he would get it from SARAVANA store or from a hardware store, he left the job unfinished and did not come back the whole day, when I called the store from where I bought the furnitures...

Cot purchased on 10/02/2021, today while we where sitting suddenly one leg broke. My wife is pregnant and its a high risk.Never expected this will happen in few days of purchase.Request to repair the damage on same day....

Bought this product from saravana furniture stores padi store on 20 october. The delivery happened on time but the installation of product haven’t happened till now. The salesman (Mr. Rahim-[protected]) keep on postponing the installation. Highly disappointing. Please look into it as soon as possible.

I purchased a bedroom set (Double cot, Wardrobe) on 25/08/2013 from Saravana Furniture, Madley Road, T.Nagar. Even after 2 days, they have not delivered it yet. They do not even bother to attend to our telephone calls. Very pathetic customer service. I will never again purchase anything from them.
