Yesterday I bought grocery item in which continental malgudi buy 2get 1 which is rs 57.i paid the amount and went to receive the delivery .at that time the delivery person told me to pay again rs.57.i had paid only for 1packet I dint notice the actual price and paid.when I came home and see the packet it was only rs.30 for one packet.they got extra 57 from me.i want the refund.bill no- POS(PLM)-41/SL422806

I placed an order for 6 × 500G Alive Coffee Power Packet @ https://e.saravanaonline.com on 13th OCT 2022 6:45 PM

Today (14 OCT 2022 @ 12:03 PM) I got a call from your store stating that they don't have 6 qty of what I have ordered. Instead, they had only 2 Qty.

So I asked them to refund me the funds since I need exactly what I ordered for which is (6x 500G Packet) but the person who called me was a bit on rude and said no we don't do refunds.

Well, the issue is not on my side. The website states that the stock was there for the quantity that I ordered. So I placed it. If you don't have the stock that I ordered for, then refund me the amount.

Also, I can't find any refund policy that states you don't provide any refunds if you are not able to fulfill the order.

I made the two Transtraction. First transaction amount is Rs 500 second Transtraction amount is Rs 500. Both Transtraction amount is Rs 1000. My side debited but merchant side not credited

Complain about Your branch in thirunelveli, i.e..there is no much stock for jewelry collection ...so please make it available soon...I'm dissatisfied for that reason number of times...so consider this complain as serious

Today, i purchase 2 chudidhar from t. Nagar saravana selvarathinam. After billing i go to ground floor for stiching hands. When they open the chudidhar they said this chudi is sleveless. I ask them to refund the money but they said to meet their supervisior. I claim to refund my amount. The supervisor lady told me that once billing the product they won't returned money, if i need i exchange the chudi. If i talk to anybody, but i can not return back my amount. I am highly disappointed. Eventhough i do not touch the chudi, the refund can not be given to me. They insist me to buy some other products. If those products are faulty what can i do?.. Most of the time i purchased product from ur shop. But you don't trust customer. I kindly request the management to refund my amount.

I have bought a white T shirt in saravana selvarathinam stores, T nagar on 13/06/2015. The 3rd floor supervisor told, that 'no trial for T shirt' you can exchange the T shirt if its not fit for you within a week of purchase date. i went to home and wore the T shirt single time only, it was too short and tight. so i went to the shop to return the T shirt on 16/06/2015. The 3rd floor lady supervisor enquired me and checked the T shirt, and said no exchange for T shirts with rough voice. she spoke like a rowdy girl, I'm totally upset and decided to stop purchasing from that shop.
