My Name is Harpreet Singh I'm working in private company. I'm the only earning person in my house after my father's death. I got refrence of Sardar Visa House (Now days "Vast Visa Immigration Solutions") from one of my friend for PR in Canada. So i went in the office at SC[protected], Second Floor, Sector 35 C above MCD, Chandigarh. I met with one of their employee named Nikita and she asked me about my profile. After that she said send me your documents then she will share with his Adv. In Canada who will assess my profile and i paid 10 Thousands Rupees on the spot by Credit Card. Nikita told me if your file will selected for PR then you will have to pay 29 Thousands more. After 1 day she called me and said your profile is approved by Canadian Lawyer now get ready for Canada PR then i meet her and paid another 29 thousands rupees (Total -39Thousands Rupees for Assessment) after 1 week they called and Now i met with Damanpreet Kaur, She is Head Incharge in that office. Now further she started deal with me and give all the details about PR process. She asked me to pay 5 Lacs 50 Thousands rupees for PR process and Offer Letter Acceptance. Then they called me after 1 week and said your job offer letter has been received and you come to our office and pay 5 lacs 50 Thousands rupees and accept the job offer letter. They showed me a Fake Job offer Letter from St. Joseph Hospital at NewBrunswik Canada on their Laptop. Then Damanpreet said read it carefully and if you want to Accept that offer then you have to pay 5 Lacs 50 Thousands rupees right now. I gave her cheque of amount rs. 5, 50, 000/- from my PNB saving account. After that she said now wait for 120days for Govt. Approval. I waited 240days and i was calling again and again then after they stop picking up my calls and disconnected all time. I visited their office and then 9th Nov. Damanpreet showed me a another Fake Approval Letter from Govt. of Canada with QR code also which was totally fake. Then she said you will receive a call from filing team now your documents will be submitted and got your Education WES done. I've done wes of rs. 22000/- i called again Damanpreet but she disconnected and i visited their office on 22Nov. Now she told me that you have to wait another 45 to 60 days for govt approval. I was asked that mam you had showed me approval letter but she denied and said me that was invitation letter now you have to wait for 45 to 60days for govt approval then after our filing team member will meet you for another documents and by FEB 2022 you will get your PR. I mean what that all ###. They Just Harassing and fooling me from March 2021 to till now. I just fedup and in depressed. I got that money from my sister. I never sleep at nights and right now it is 2.42AM i found that site and got some hope.

ਮੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੈ ਕੰਪਲੈਂਟ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਵੀਸਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੈ ਦਰਜ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਕਮਾ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਸਕੇ ਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਏਨਾ ਦੁਵਾਰਾ ਠੱਗੇ ਜਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਸਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਨੂ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ।

Office ਸਤਿਥ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਕੁਲਵੀਰ ਕੌਰ (Mobile no[protected] ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਂਚ ਵਿਚ ਬਤੌਰ visa consultant ਕਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੈਡਮ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਤੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਫੋਨ ਵਿਚ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਬਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਹਫਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਆਫੀਸ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਮਿਲਣ ਲਈ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਦਵਾਰਾ ਏਹੇ ਸਾਰਾ process ਲਿਖਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਇਸ time ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਮੇ complaint ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਾਅ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ (Copy no -1) ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ process ਸਮਝਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਂ ਹੈ ਸਬ online ਚੈੱਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ bcpnp ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਜ ਦਰਜ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੇਨੂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ । ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਮੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਫ਼ਿਈਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਗੇ ਵਧਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਲਵੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਮੈਡਮ ਵਲੋਂ file payment ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜੋ ਕਿ 35000 processing file fees ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ[protected] ਨੂੰ 15000/- ਅਤੇ[protected] ਨੂੰ 20000/- ਜਮਾ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਜਿਸ ਦਿਆਂ ਰਸੀਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਮੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ (Copy no - 2 ਅਤੇ 3) ਫੇਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਡਮ ਨੇ ਕਹੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੀ file process ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ bcpnp ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ id ਬਨਾਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਮੇ ਮੇਰਿਆ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਭਰਿਆ (Personal detial, basic qualification, ielts band score but bc job letter na) ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ bc job letter ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਸਨਲ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ gmail id (Kulvir. [protected]@gmail.com) ਮਿਤੀ[protected] ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ (Copy - 4) ਲੱਗਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ । ਉਸ ਤੁ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 1 ਮਹੀਨਾ ਬੀਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਮੇਰਾ case ਆਪਣੀ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ consultant ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ anoop kaur (Mobile no[protected] /[protected] ਕੋਲ transfer ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਇਸ ਮੈਡਮ ਨੇ job offer letter ਦੀ payment ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ job offer letter ਆਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਤਾਹਿ detail online submit ਹੋਏਗੀ ਫੇਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ[protected] ਨੂੰ job offer letter ਮੰਗਵਾ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਸਮੇ ਪਤਰ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਸਖ਼ਤ ਲਾਏ ਤੇ contract ਵੀ ਸਗਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਮੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ (Copy no -5) ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਇਸਦੀ ਇਕ ਕਾਪੀ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਕਾਗਜ confidentional ਹਾਨ ਅਤੇ nomination ਤਕ ਇੰਤਜਾਰ ਕਰੋ ਪਹਿਲਾ government approval ਆਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ nomination ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਾਗਜ ਦਿਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਮੈਂ payment rtgs ਦੁਆਰਾ (Rtgs no - pinbr[protected] ਦੁਆਰਾ[protected] ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਵੀਜਾ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ 2-3 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ job offer letter ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ bcpnp ਦੀ online site ਤੇ ਚੜਾ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਮੇਰਾ case ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਮੈਡਮ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੀਨੂ[protected]ਹੈ ਕੋਲ transfer ਕੀਤਾ । ਪਰ 1 ਮਹੀਨਾ ਬੀਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਪੁੱਛਣ ਤੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਹੀ ਜਵਾਬ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਕਿ government approval ਆਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ detail upload ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਸਮਾਂ ਬੀਤਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ 2-3 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਲੰਘਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ government approval ਆ ਗਈ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਨੂ ਆਫੀਸ ਵਿਚ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਬਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਦਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਤਰ ਦੀ ਕੋਪੀ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਤ confidential ਹਨ ਅਤੇ nomination ਆਣ ਤਕ ਤੂਹਾਨੂੰ ਰੁਕਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਿਨ ਓਹਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੋ ਬੰਦ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ internet ਤੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਨੋ ਲੱਭਣਾ ਚਾਹਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮੇਨੂ ਓਹਨਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ consumer court ਦੇਇ complaint ਮਿਲਿਆ ਜੋ ਕਿ (May 19, june 19 aug 19 and dec 19) ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਇਆ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਮੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ (Copy no - 6) ਅਤੇ ਮੇਨੂ ਹੈ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਬਰਾਂਚ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਚ ਸਤਿਥ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਪਤਾ (Hiraa consultation and service private limited)
ਜਿਸਦਾ ਪਤਾ sco-509 3rd floor sector -70 mohali sas nagar mohali pb 160055 in) ਵਿਚ ਸਤਿਥ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਬਰਾਂਚ ਤੇ ਵੀ consumer court ਦੇ case ਦਰਜ ਹਨ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਮੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ (Copy no - 7) ਇਹ ਸਭ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਆਖਿਰਕਾਰ ਕਾਫੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਰੇ ਸੁਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਚਾਹਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੋ ਬੰਦ ਸਨ ਮੈਂ ਮਿਤੀ[protected] ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਮੇ ਜਦ ਉਸ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੇ ਗਯਾ ਜਿਸ ਜਗਾ ਓਹਨਾ ਦਾ ਆਫੀਸ (Sardaar visa house)ਸਤਿਥ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਹੁਣ (Vast visa house) ਸਤਿਥ ਹੈ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਰਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਬਦਲ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਫੀਸ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਸਬ ਕੁਜ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਸੀ ਸਟਾਫ ਵੀ ਸਾਰਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਵੀ consultant ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੀਨੂ ਹੈ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਨਾਮ ਬਦਲਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ sardaar ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਨਾਮ ਬਦਲ ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਹੈ ਸਬ ਦੇਖ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਨ ਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਫੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਦੇਰ ਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਕਮ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ 1 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਫਿਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਨੂ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੂਤ ਦਿਯੋ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ file ਦਾ process ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਤੁ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕ ਮੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਫ਼ਿਈਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ please ਮੇਨੂ ਆਵਦੇ md ਦਾ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਿਯੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਇਸ ਹਾਲ ਦਾ ਦਸ ਸਕਾ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਫ਼ਿਈਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮੇਲ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ ਮੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਫ਼ਿਈਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਜੋ ਕਿ canada ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਫ਼ਿਈਲ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਏਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਕਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮੇਨੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 35000 ਤਾਂ ਵਕੀਲ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਸੀ ਓਹੋ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਤੇ 3 ਲੱਖ ਵਿਚੋਂ gst ਕੱਟ ਕੇ ਦਵਾ ਗੇ ਤੇ ਹੈ ਸਬ ਕੁਜ contract
ਵਿਚ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ । ਏਹੈ ਸਬ ਕੁਜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਮੁਜੂਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ 100 ਨੰਬਰ ਤੇ ਕਾਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਲਾਇ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਫਸਰ asi krishan kumar ਜੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਸਰ ਮੇ ਇਕ ਮਿਡਲ ਕਲਾਸ ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਤੁ belong ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਪੈਸੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਉਧਾਰੇ ਮੰਗੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ contract (Copy no 8) ਵਿਚ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ।

1.) ਮੇਨੂ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ gst ਕਟ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਤਪਦੀਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੰਸਥਾ goverment approve ਹੈ ਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ।

2,) ਕਿ ਹੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ goverment ਸਮੇ ਸਮੇ ਤੇ gst ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਆ ਨਹੀਂ ।

3.) ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ work visa or work permit ਦਾ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਹੈ ਯਾ ਨਹੀਂ ।

4.) ਏਨਾ ਦੇ ਆਫੀਸ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਮੇਨੂ ਕੁਜ certificate ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਬਤੀਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਓਹੋ ਅਸਲੀ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਨਕਲੀ. ਕਿਉਕਿ ਓਹਨਾ ਕਾਗਜ ਤੇ ਤਰੀਕ[protected] ਦਰਜ ਹੈ (Copy no - 9)ਪਰ ਏਹੰਦਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਤਾਂ 2-3 ਹਫਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਗਜ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ੀ ਹਨ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ checking ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਏ।

5.) ਇਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲੋ ਮੇਰੇ 1 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਿਈਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ processing update ਲਏ ਜਾਣ ਜਿਵੇ ਕ ਮੇਰੇ job offer letter, goverment apprvoal ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਾਇ ਜਾਵੇ ।

6.) ਇਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲੋ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਗਜ ਜਿਵੇ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਏਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਏਨਾ ਦੇ valid document ਆਦਿ ਜਾਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ।

ਮੇ ਆਪ ਜੇ ਅਗੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਨੂ ਇੰਨਸਾਫ ਦਿੱਤਾਂ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਸਖਤ ਤੁ ਸਖਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹੈ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ੀ ਏਜੇਂਟ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਖਰਾਬ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਅਤੇ time ਖਰਾਬ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।

Sardar visa house had charged me rs. 35000 and are refusing to refund the amount after i found out their business model is all a scam as the sponsorship letter they were offering me was totally fake, i contacted the business in whose name they were offering the job offer and they said they had no idea about this so called job offer, neither did they have and vacancy.
Sardar visa house's business model in itself is a scam from start to finish. They charge rs 15, 000 for creating online id, which is free and takes 10 mins to create but they will ask 10 days. Then they charge rs 20, 000 for "hiring a canadian lawyer" which isn't true as you will not be provided any contact, this money also goes in their pocket. I had payed until this and told them that i would not continue further and asked for a refund, they refused. I have the receipts with me still.

Then they will ask you anywhere between $3000 to $5000 cad to get a fake offer letter with a business name they search on google.

Their whole structure of scam is take money and then after 1 or 1 and half years make people beg for the money back while the owner earns interest on the money you gave them. (Director's name is kulvir singh kaura, he is also associated with hiraa consultancy, another fake visa agency in chandigarh.)
Please help me recover my money as their services are totally fraud.

I want to lure your kind attention towards my one of the serious issue which is issue cum fraud and i became the victim of it. I am currently a working it professional and a citizen of india. I have aspirations too and want to achieve heights in my career but travelling into that path is not easy when such frauds are happening around.

One day i received a call from a consultant located in chandigarh (Address: sardar visa house, sco 457-458, 2nd floor, above m'c donalds sec-35 chandigarh) they told me that they will help me in my visa process as they do have lawyers and all and discussed complete process, somehow i got convinced and then they started calling me multiple times in a day and somehow via social engineering they played with my mind and told me to deposit 35000/- of initial instalment via which they can initiate my process by providing my all supportive documents to their lawyer, i was not financially strong and denied and then they said to give some money atleast i got convinced with 15000/- but they said that with this money they can not intiate and there is a need to deposit 20, 000/- in next week i was not able to pay so i said them to refund my money back because initially they said if you deposit complete amount of 35000/- then only your process will get start and once documents reached lawyer that money would not be refunded back but i have not locked my 35000/- so as per th policy my document should not reach to lawyer and hence my 15000/- should get refund back (They said this in one of their conversations)

But now they are saying we will keep your money with us if in future you want our services we will do reimbursement, however, i don't want to proceed with the same at any point of time in future itself.

Respected team, on social networking i found few fraud cases against this organisation which is giving me restless nights, therefore, i only found this is the only step because now how to deal with frauds should be taken care by the government so that they can not spoil other's life.

I have applied for the immigration services in nov'2018 with sardar visa house and its almost 9 months and the commitment was total 9 months for complete process and pr.
Sardar visa house is completely fraud company they only work for money and they always show fake docs just to satisfy the clients for 9 months so that they can utilize the money for their personal use & business.
They have breached all the legal terms and i have all the call recordings and emails proofs which can justify that these people are running a fraud immigration service.
Now they are not able to deliver the commitments and i have requested for the refund.
Now they are asking for the diductions in the money which i have paid to them in the company account.

I would like to draw attention of center and well as punjab govt. Kindly see into this matter as these so called immigration consultancy's are fooling people in the name of various immigration frauds. I would like to bring to your kind notice that sardar visa house in chandigarh is one of them who has taken our money and from last 2 years nothing has happen not they are not giving our money.
