I have ordered a lingerie wear that is seamless bra and panty set of 8 but I have received a very low quality bra set of 3 and it is completely different from the product mentioned in website. Neither they are replying to my mail nor taking any initiative

I have ordered product which is contain 14 in a package but received only 3 in a package that also too low and cheap quality. They have made us to make the payment of rs 599/- without any bill receipt and when asked for return policy then no response from them, they do not have any mobile and customer care number . Just provided an e-mail address but never respond on it . Please help us to get refund of rs 599 /- as it's a fraud company and so many customers become victim . I am uploading image of what I have ordered and what they have sent us, please do needful to get refund of rs 599 /- thank you.

But after i opened parcel i got very bad 3 bra which are of very bad quality, very small, and is not even near to what shown in picture. Some locals i suppose. They are not six, panty are not even there. And they are so so so bad.

I had more things in cart thinking once i try you for this order i csn order more. But thete is a scam.

I want to return it.

I was shown great products in ads in YouTube, decided to buy it and got scammed. I wasn't there when the product was being delivered so paid money without checking the contents of it. The return policy does not include lingeries either. Please look into this. I'm attaching a picture of the product on their website and the package that was delivered

I have ordered innerwear set worth rs 599 and the order that I received is completely different. I want my refund now

I got attracted by the products they shown in the website, just for checking the delivery date and online payment options i went for the shipping option and it automatically generated a bill for cash on delivery worth rupees 599, after that i went on youtube to see if this site was GENUINE and not a single review was positive it was all about how they got scammed and recieved ### products, now as it is gonna deliver to me i have decided not to receive the call for the cod as that might cancel my order if not i am not gonna accept the product, youtube should not promote such websites and infact these kinda websites not even exist as such every single person who went for this has got scammed and the complainants court should take actions over this.

I have ordered inner wear and while placing the order they show's 7set in different colours but that's not I received.

Kindly refund the amount have already sent bank details on there email I'd.

I am taking follow up since Last few days but no responding.

Kindly take your product back and send the correct parcel else refund the amount.

Am purchased bra and panty set 6 pcs, but delivery only 3 pcs bra and quality is very bad. i return this courier, but could not view return option in the website. And the website is unable.

I have ordered a Regular Wear Cotton Women Backless V Neck Bra Panty Set (Pack of 8) product from your site. Today i.e. 25th December 2022, I got the delivery of the product but the product is totally damaged or worst. The quality of the product is just unbearable also I didn't recieve any receipt or bill of the product.
The product cost is 599.00 rs. I want to return and get the refund of the product.

When the product got delivered they charged me 1198 that is worth for two sets of items whereas I have received only one. Also the product which I ordered and the product got delivered was completely different. The product received was a cheap quality one and for which there was no mentioned way to revert back to the brand or company to put forth our problem. I have also sent many mails and tried contacting the customer service but there is no reply at all. So finally writing up here so that I get my refund back of worth Rs 1198 and request to take away the product delivered. If the problem doesn’t get solved at the earliest I am definitely writing a complaint on cyber crime branch for such a scam.
