I m ordering desent and nice royal blue saree and sarihub.com company delivered me totally different and third class saree to me and it's price is 1100/- i raised my query by email, sms, facebook but they not responding my single email. This not happened with me only but most of customer complaining the same issue. I would request please help me and take serious action against such frwod online shopping companies. Pls band kar do aaisi cheater online shopping web site.

Order no. Dsh[protected], delivery date 27th feb 2019. Ist time i had purchase a combo pack sari of amount 1390. I believe in sari hub and purchase sari this company is fake worst material. Quality material design patterns overall totally fake. Please then as per company return policy i am already locked complaint of three time for return/refund amount of rupees 1390.. But anybody no response of my mail regarding my refund amount. No contact details no address no response on mail.

My hardly request to consumer pls help us how will receive my refund payment fast. Than i am send message through email but he did not reply any answer.

Pls find attached 2 images.1 of combo saree pics by company. And 2nd of received product pictures.

I have ordered two sarees of worth rs.3180 /- from sarihub.com, by seeing an excellent image of a saree on their website i ordered it but i received cheap quality saree which is definitely not worth the cost they charged, with a blouse piece which very cheap and so small that would fit a 10 yr girl. This is very bad service.
They have sent fake saree with worst material it is not matching the image they displayed no customer care no...

We had ordered a Saree for Rs. 999/- from www.sarihub.com and received the product of inferior quality with different colour combination.

Though they had Return policy, stating that the amount will be refunded if the 'Return' process is initiated within 3 days.

However learnt later that they would return the money after deducting Rs. 250 as Nominal Charge into their own wallet (in our name), which can be used only to buy their products.

Now the reward I am getting for trusting www.Sarihub.com (just wanted to encourage in my small way Indian E commerce Company) is to pay Courier Charge of around Rs. 200 for returning the product and Rs. 250 as Nominal Charge that they would be deducting and on top of it to go through the pain of selecting another product worth Rs. 449 to utilize the balance amount in wallet. Can't even imagine the quality of product that they would be sending for Rs. 449 because, have seen the quality of Rs. 999 product.

I had ordered bangalore silk saree of worth rs.1200 /- from sarihub.com, by seeing an excellent image of a saree on their website i ordered it but i received cheap quality saree which is not even rs.500/-. Like i bought it from road side hawkers and blouse is third class raw silk which u can't wear it after one time wash. This is very bad service.
They have sent fake saree with worst material it is not matching the image they displayed no customer care no is given fake people is cheating people by posting fake images in facebook.

I immediately mail on [protected]@gmail.com id for return pickup. Their reply is i have to bear courier charges and again i have to self courier the same material give below is their mail which i received

We will accept the return of the product but a nominal charge of rs 250 will be deducted from the amount as shipping and cod services of delivering the product and the rest amount will be transferred to your sarihub wallet which you can use in the next purchase. We request you to send your product by self-courier at -

I have bought a saree online from sarihub.com but the saree is different from the description and the picture of website. I send them email (As they have not provided any customer service number on the website) to return the product but they are saying that i have to send the product back and they will deduct 250/- as their shipping charge and rest of the amount they will pay in wallet to buy something from their site and not in my account.
