I visited for my first service car no up32mw5191 creta black.
They polished the car so bad that it damaged the complete paint and it is completely visible.
They damaged the car paint and they have put stratches

I am pooja gogia, lives in lucknow utterpradesh india.
I wanted to complain about my car insurence provided by sas hyundai, kanpur road branch.
During the period of buying my car, i was provided with the estimate of 41995.00 rupees insurence, but after i bought my car a ricept of 28577.00 rupees was given to me. When i complained about it, i got to know that i am provided with a third party insurence which was not told to me before or anywhere writen in my estimate. मैंने अपनी कार[protected] को परचेस की है गाड़ी के अलीगमेंट सही से सेट न होने की वजह से और सर्विस सेंटर मे मेरे बार बार कहने पर भी उन्होने यही कहा की आपके अलीगमेंट सही है और आज मेरी गाड़ी के 10000 किलो मिटर मे ही tyre खराब हो गए है

Hi, This is Amandeep Hora, R/o Lucknow.
I am having a car Hyundai Santro Xing, no. UP 32 BF 4877, regd. on my wife's name i.e. Harmeet Kaur.
I had given my car at SAS Hyundai Workshop, Near Airport, Kanpur Road, Lucknow.
They have changed/repaired every thing eg. Gear Box, Clutch Plate, Pressure Plate, Engine Block, Fuel Pump etc. and have charged a lot. But still I am having the same problem (Average/Millage is very very low - 5 - 7 km/ltr. and fuel smell is coming inside the car).
I have told them several times to the same advisor RAKESH, (contact no. [protected]) for this problem, but he is not able to resolve the same.
He is saying " Get your tank full, come to a drive with me, after the drive again refill the full tank, after that I will check it."
At this point of time I am not able to get my tank full as I am facing some financial problems.
Please tell me what to do, where to go.
They have charged me a lot, engine 25000 approx, gear box 12000 approx, clutch plates 6000 approx, Fuel Pump work 5000 approx and so on. I am having all the bills with me.
Please help me by telling me the correct way, to get my car repaired properly without paying them and how to claim from SAS Hyundai Workshop, for my unnecessary repairs, my time and my money.
