Not sending my jewllery on line

Return my money. Some one from your on line is not delivered my jewllery for 6 weeks. This person lies every week and does not give me tracking number. Every week they lie and you should investigate asap. I have proof of the text messages and proof of money transfer. Policy says money returned but this person has kept my mo ney and not delivering my items. I am very angry
