I had odered the power bank of samsung company with a samsung bluetooth free with it of total amount 899. I paid it but but after revileing the product i got dis-surprised because i had got vivo bluetooth and phillips power bank with it which are not working properly. This is not fare if product changed also noo problem but it should work in a efficent way. I would like to have my amount or correct product.

I am getting order 21.08.2017 in this order i am get philips power bank, it is not working i am unable to charge my mobile, i am ordered philips power bank with capacity of 25000 it is not showing an capacity and it is not working. I am get mobile which is used since very long back i am paid rs699/-. Please get back your product and give me a money back.

I am getting order 11.08.2016 in this order i am get samsung sticker power bank, it is not working i am unable to charge my mobile, i am ordered philips power bank with capacity of 25000 it is not showing an capacity and it is not working. I am get mobile which is used since very long back i am paid rs1299/-.

If anything possibility is there refund my hard earned money

My order no was #da[protected] ft 23/07/2017 for 3g nokia c5-03 philips 25000mah power bank both are useless junk mobile not working power bank usb cable defective after recharge of hour it can't recharge 3000mah battery feel totally cheated i paid rs1599/ govt should ban such cheating site immediately i think no one should by from such cheater website is it possible to get refund of cheat items

Dear sir,
I have ordered 25000 mah power bank with nokia1100 mobile vide order no.#, sp[protected], date 12/8/2017 and received covered package through ecomexpress on 17/8/2017 bearing no.[protected]. When package is opened i found brokened and damaged mobile & power bank with less battery capacity. I have paid an amount of 1100/-.
Hence, i request you to kindly replace with good piece internally. Are else plz refund my money.

I have order mi 25000 mh power bank with free ear phones but i received mi 20500mh power bank with ear phones but i was open the parcel the power bank was damaged at that time i was informed to ecom express courier service but they told the parcel return process is only on online so i was informed you so please replace my power bank order other wise you will return the money

I ordered 3g nokia c5-04 touch mobile with free 25000 mah philips power bank, but i received non-functioning items both. Power bank is dummey, it is like a toy, that too they sent mi 28000 mah power bank! My order #sp[protected]g nokia c5-03 touch mobile with free 25000 mah philips power bank × 1
It is a fraudulent company. Don't purchase any product. More over they closed the web site now.

I have ordered on 7/08/2017 oppo power bank with free earphone and they delivered me philips power bank. It is old product and (Ghisa - peeta) used powerbank. It looks like resale of second hand product.
Arrange oppo new power bank replacement for philips. It does not get charged and non functioning. It is used and broken piece. There is no reply to my emails which are getting bounced. On the contact to their no it is not responding. They are cheater and fraudulent site. They have charged rs799/-
I want rs 5000/- as harassment to the customer.

Now the website is also closed... Stating we will get back soon

I have provide 1050 rs on cash delivery and after providing cash i seen there was samsung mobile powerbank in non working mode and there was not any samsung bluetooth avalable. Sp i want to complain against this online shopping compony. If you can give me my returns than its ok otherwise i will go for rti and others steps
