It is nearly 5:45 PM now, till now I have not got the medicine. Is this the way to treat customers ?
Why you show the ETA of the delivery tool wrong in the APP. It's nearly 48+ hrs breach than the ETA.
If you are dealing with medicine you should not be so much irresponsible .

Hi Team,

Let me know why it take 2 days extra to get this delivery in progress ? This is 3 times it is happening. The HB who is dealing this get 3 reason each time.

1st time reason was given that delivery boy broke his leg.
2nd time it has told to us that as Goverment Election is in going, because of the delay happening.
3rd time i.e today he told that Mother of the delivery boy is facing medical problem causing delay.

I really feel sorry for the delivery boy for the medical reason but why supplier has only one delivery boy ?

I really do not think I will be buying any Medicine from Sasta Sundar going forward simple because the delay in delivery.

I ordered two medicines, Sanoliz soap and Convera shampoo amounting Rs 310.Due to network issue Rs 310 got debited but the order was not confirmed.

Paytm has already confirmed about the transaction.They said it is merchant side issue.
Kindly do the needful and refund the money at the earliest.All the supporting attachments like deduction from SBI
provided .

I ordered two medicines worth rs 310 but anyhow the order got cancelled. My order was not completed but the amount of rs 310 got debited from my account on 08/06/19. The supporting screen shots are uploaded.Please look into the matter and refund the money at the earliest.It was my first online transaction with sasta sundor through App.

I am really frustrated with the services. Probably this is the last time i am dealing with them. If they don't care about the customer and have such pathetic staff, the day is not far away from where you will keep waiting for the customers. The delivery agent behaviour is very rude and pathetic. They can't inform before they come. I hate their services. The delivery person behaviour is very very bad and who dont know how to treat with customers. Very disappointed with sasta sundar

I ordered some medicine vide no.[protected] dated 21.12.2018 amounting rs.780. Afterthat on 26.12.2018 i request to return one medicine tibrolin tablet amounting to rs153.85. But after passing more than 15 days noone contact to return the medicine from your side. Then after made a call to the no. [protected]and someone came and return the said medicine on january. A due slip in a plain paper without any printed form provided to us for returning the medicine. But the said slip was missing mistakenly from our side. The medicine was returned just one month ago. Now your staff refused to adjust the amount with new order in sastasundar. It is very unexpected from a renowned organisation like sastasundar that no record maintained for the returning medicine. I purchased medicine from sastasundar on regular basis. But the rude behaviour from your staff compelled me to think twice before purchasing medicine in future. So i request you to look into the matter and make arrangements to adjust the returned medicine with next bill.

I request customer service representative many time for correction price.but all are careless my request.so I put complaint against this company (sastasundar) for cheating customers.
Why cheat sastasundar with customers?
I have proof.please correct your original MRP and sale this product.

On sasta sundar, i ordered medicines worth rs. 845 on 22.11.18 and paid the same through debit card. As my doctor changed medicines next day, i cancelled the order on 23.11.18. Sasta sundar told me to wait for five working days. The stipulated time has passed but i have not yet received the return amount. Now they are not responding my mails too. Moreover, their helpline no. Gets automatically disconnected whenever i try to connect. I am an old customer of sasta sundar and this type of response policy is truly unacceptable. Please tell me what should i do right now?

I am a customer of sastasundar.com. User:[protected]. I have bought medicine on 31-july-2018 of rs.373. The order was not generated.
But, money deduction of rs.373/- has been done (Central bank of india). The transaction id was:[protected]Noida). I have updated my passbook today, but refund has not been done.
Please refund money rs.373/- as soon as possible.

My name is sushovan goswami. I placed an enquiry about emami product on saturday whether available or not.. I am used to the fact that sasta sundar, the contact number available between 11 am to 630 pm on weekdays, not on sunday. So i thought they will be responding later however they responded late on 907 pm on 12/08 stating order placed.
First of all, responding so late and on sundays are contradictory to their own version and not professional.. Secondly, placed the order forcefully without checking with me if i want something else or even if i want to order that at all or not.. For example, for five items i cannot place five orders and get it delivered on five different days.. On top of that false commitment that product will be delivered early however now saying will be delivered on 14/08 which is the usual delivery time. Ridiculous!!!
Behavior of the girl at sasta sundar delivery point at mohit dokania in dum dum is extremely rude. This lady never respond to customer queries on time.. On top of that threatening me of cancelling customer order.. She has demeanour behavior.. Needs to be evicted immediately from service.. Should be terminated.. Else i am gonna complain to regulators..

Please confirm receipt of this complaint.

With ultimate grief i'm writing this mail. I have ordered for 2products and online payment service done still order was not placed. So i order again for same and marked cod. However i got a call yesterday from the vendor that my order will be delivered today. I requested them to "first give me a call" to delivery the order to my neighbour if i'm not at home.

Today at 7 pm i got a call from[protected] that he came and asked my neighbour for money and she said that she don't have that amount and told him to come tomorrow. This delivery man shouted on me saying he can't come again and again. I kept my calm and told him that you should have called me as my parents are at home they will take it instead of neighbour. However without listening to me he raised his voice and told me he was not informed by his seniors to call me. I think calling a customer before delivery is a mandatory thing. I requested him to come at 8:30 or deliver anytime at day. He said their delivery starts at 5:30. I was shocked to know that delivery starts only at 5:30. Then he came at 10:20 at night. He rested a scene in my apartment and said not to order from sastasundar. How can he behave like a narcotic? I believe he was drinking from the foul smell from him. And the scene that he created at this late night was totally uncalled for.

I'm a regular customer and i deserve an answer for all this nonsense from sastasundar.

I am a regular customer and order medicines/otc products from Sasta Sundar on monthly basis spending around average Rs.3000.00 per month. This month my father's doctor changed his medicine and I had to change the medicine and called up the Customer Care to place the return request on 26th April and as per their return policy, I had placed the request within 30 days from when the order was placed 6th April. Nobody bothered to take my request. Very Poor Customer Service and nobody called back.

This is to inform you that i had make a payment of rs. 1115/- on 26th july'17 against order no. [protected] & [protected] by ccavenue getway through internet banking (Icici bank, a/c no.[protected] and i cancelled that order on same time. But still now amount not refund.

I informed sastasundar customer care and they asked to contact with ccavenue customer service. I talked with them too. And they said that
Refund isn't initiate by sastasundar against referance no.[protected].
That's why they are not able to refund the amount.

Kindly look into this matter and solved it as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I ordered no. [protected] (invoice no. WB15818MTI000452 dt.[protected] for 1pcs Human Insulatard on 9 July, 2017 midnight and I got it delivered on 11th july, 2017 of August. After getting the product, I realized that I have made a mistake on ordering, I should have ordered Human Mixtard. I requested for a sales return through sastasundar.com on same day[protected] . But your health buddy said both product is same use it, when I called up the customer care number:[protected] and a lady said that insulin can not be exchange,
I hope you know Insulin is death and life medicine and I attach photo copy of my prescription and also Doctor details when ordered. So you have relaxation about medicine order. And what am I do with it? And am I through it to dustbin. And order a new product ?
Please give me appropriate answer. Other wise I wise to discussing with Consumer Forum.

I had placed an order (Order number [protected].) on 28/04/2017 and payment done through mobiquick. Still i unable to get the extra 5 % which i eligible as i payment through mobiquick.
Now again i ordered medicine and payment by mobiquick and still offer is 10% supercash extra but which still not credited to my wallet as commied by sastha sundar.
My recent order nos. Are [protected] & [protected] and payment rs. 2126 & rs. 219 on dated 12/06/2017.
Now please clarify the matter please

I, asridhar banerjee, ordered for 06 nos of feburic 40 medicine along with other medicines worth rs 2395.00, instead i received only 03 nos of same medicine on 20.10.16 with invoice no wb156/16-17/003698.
I made a complain on same date over telephone & received complain no.
I137097 from sasta sundar. The dispute is not shorted out till date.

I am a regular customer for medicine of sastasundar for last more than 02 years.

The invoice made said medicine in 02 separate sl. No. Of 03 each with same batch no., same manufacturer & same expiry dt. Instead of 01.

I have purchased a telema am-40 60 tablet medicine on 2/8/16 from health buddy sakambari medical at Rishra vide invoice no.wb151/16-17/001430.
Dr.have been changed the medicine then we talked to sakambari medical to pls change this and issue me the other medicine but he did not respond me
And lastly go to their shop he refuses and said to contact our office for replacement
Today at 30/8/16 I talked to their office with Mrs Annya but see also denied

I ordered(order number: [protected]) for a Junior Horlicks and huggies large size dry diaper (28 pcs) on 31st July midnight and I got it delivered on 3rd of August. After getting the product, I realized that I have made a mistake on ordering, I should have ordered Huggies wonder pant large size instead of diapers. I requested for a sales return through sastasundar.com on 4th of August. But I did not get any notification or mail/message from them. I called up my health buddy on 6th August and he did not pick up the phone. I called up the customer care number:[protected] and a lady named as Mohua received the call. After hearing my incident she told me to hold on for some time and then replied -"sorry sir, it has been few days, so we will not return it." I told its not few days after getting the delivery, I already requested for a sales return in your website on the next after getting the delivery. She replied -"sorry sir, we do not take return on such kind of products". I asked her, what is the logic behind it? She told -"sorry sir, we will not take it returned". Such a support for customer support department, unbelievable in this era of e commerce.

Kindly be noted that sastasundar.com did not delivery my medicines even after 7 days. Even after repeated email correspondences they have failed to deliver the medicines, even when i said that the patient is in a critical condition. Kindly do the needful to take care of this as this should not happen and a patient can die due to this.

I am already on the verge of starting a pil.
