Fraud seller SATNAAM TRADERS

I had purchased a TV from him from OLX listing, the TV was delivered by Delhivery courier service, the packing was good and delivered in intact condition, however when I switched on the TV I came to know it was a faulty unit, TV was switching off after every 19 minutes by making horrible short circuit sound, I immediately called him He asked me to send back the product to him, I asked him to arrange a reverse pickup, the courier guy took back the shipment, when the product was delivered to him back, He stopped responding to messages & calls properly, after chasing him so many times He refunded me ten thousand, the TV I had purchased for 12, 500 rs straight away deducted my 2500 rs stating that for courier charges, such a fraud seller, The TV was faulty He knew it still delivered it to me on top of that He so rude person deducted my 2500 rupees although it was his fault, He started abusing me on phone that He will not return my money also do what you want, I request everyone not to fall in this trap, this guy has applied GOD profile picture on OLX account & deceiving innocent people, just for the sake of saving few bucks don't waste your hard earned money rather buy from flipkart or Amazon or nearest local store at least such fraud will not happen, I bet this TVs He is selling won't even last for 1 year, He won't even give any service to you, He doesn't even send invoice along with TV, OLX is letting him fraud, if anyone want to know about this fraud seller can reach to me "Nine Zero four double nine two zero seven one seven", Goans pls stay away from this fake seller.

Received a damaged TV and no refund. I am waiting for more than 3 months.

Delivered broken TV 2 times and delays in responding to customers at the time of replacement. I am waiting for my refund for 4 months.

Regarding TV Screen Damage

Sir Good evening, Myself Premnath from Visakhapatnam.

I purchased a TV from Satnaam Traders Delhi and it got shipped through " DELHIVERY" . As your courier boy does not permitted me to open the package as it is on COD basis. After delivery when I opened, the screen was damaged from inside. I immediately informed the seller, he asked me to send the TV. The TV was picked up by your person and it got delivered to "SATNAAM TRADERS" Sonu Bheal [[protected]] on 18-09-22. I got a call from you on 21-09-22 and enquired about the delivery and took the concerned details from me and told, they will get back to me within 3 days. But still there is no response from you. Plz suggest me what to do.I request you to plz respond as soon as possible.

As you can check on olx.. Most ad posted by satnaam traders. They are selling led tv. But they all are there very cleaver. They postes a ad 42 inch smart led tv price 10900 and even they confirm me on call.. That price is real.. And when i visite there shope and i askes them.. I want to buy a led tv which is price 10900 smart.. And suddent they said what 10900 smart tv price us 13900.. Satnaam traders shop in rohini and i came from far away. Even wast my very expensive time bcz of satnaam traders
