Popcorn

I bought 2 large popcorn from the theatre, but 50%, uncooked, I have pictures, please let me know how to go about it. its not fair....

Three times amount debited

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

In satyam cinemas(Luxe) at phoenix mall booked ticket online on 4th March for the date 6th march show timing 12 pm. But three times the amount of 600 has been charged on my credit card. Need my amount back . For 4 tickets including booking charges i should have been charged 600 but had been charged 600*3 = 1800 rs for the same thrice, This is giving me immense dissatisfaction towards online booking...

Not allowing my baby foods inside the premises....

I booked my tickets online for the movie Avatar, Five days before to watch the movie comfortably with my family by paying extra money for selecting my convinenient seats, also for booking tickets online with my 1.5 years old son and 3 years old daughter. Iam regular customer to satyam cinemas for the the past 15 years. I know what food items will be available there, which is not suitable for my kids. So, to watch the movie peacefully,...

Failed Transaction - Billed

I Tried for Booking ticked online on 26/11/2008, and unfortunately I was not able to go thru the Payment process fully… I was disconnected and given a message… TRANSACTION FAILED… but in my Card (CITI bank) statement they are showing 260 Dr. towards satyam cinemas. I contacted to the customer care they confirmed that they will be revising it in 7 days... i waited for that, but no result then i mailed in detail abt the...

Refund for

I had tried booking tickets online on 27/06/2008 at the Satyam website - thecinema.in but was not able to complete the transaction. More than a month later there were two debits in my card account on 18 August, of Rs.510 each totalling Rs.1020 .When i contacted their customer service (Mr.Satish)was asked to send an email after which they promised a refund in 24hrs. time.
