Flight cancelled

After 2hours of boarding, we got told that the aeroplane developed some technical issues and were told to go back to airport.
We had to collect our luggage and got tickets for the next available flight which was 48 hours later.
We were provided with a single room for 3 adults.
The whole experience left us stressed and exhausted. The hotel experience contributed alot more stress and anxiety.
We lost 2 days salary...

Ticket refund - Cancelled by SA for COVID19 travel restrictions

4 family tickets on Jun, 2020 with the below information have been cancelled by the Saudi airlines due to covid19 measures and KSA travel restrictions.

I submitted a refund request in Sep2020 through the online refund process and the 4tickets got rejected, went t the sales office and they submitted another request but still not refunded.

call center sometime inform me to update the IBAN and second time told me...

luggage lost

I had travelled from germany to kochi over medina and then jeddah. My luggage didn't arrive in jeddah as the people told me in kochi on th 14th april 2019. I am here for the wedding of my cousin and all my stuff for the wedding is in my luggage. So please if you see any lost black luggage, please contact saudi arabian airlines. bad behavior and refund

Hi i travel on 3rd of jan 2019 from jeddah to dubai through sv 594 along with my wife and two 8months old infants. It was really bad experience at jeddah airport. When i see checkin is open i came in the queue for check in counter which are i believe counter # 15 to 27 and queue was very long but i along with my family wait in the queue and when we reach next to check in counter supervisor there start yelling for cairo flights and they stop...

I am complaining from Eisa Eldosry Saudi Arabia supervisor in King Fahd international airport today .as a results of delay flight 339 more than 10 hours he was aggressive towards me and his behavior was very bad when I asked about my rights in such case.i refused to give my passport to one of his subordinate cause he carried more than 100 passport and I afraid to loose mine.

worst experience ever

We had a flight from riyadh to manila on the 7th september 2018. After the take off our entertainment screens did not work. After restarting it 3 times, the staff came to us and said sorry they cannot do anything and they cannot move us as the flight was full. Fine, a 9 hour flight with a 4y old with no entertainment and not even an apology. When it came to the meal before we reach manila, choice between fish or chicken were on the menu....

My father started his travel from Delhi, India ( DEL) to Jeddah airport on 04/22/2017 by Saudi Arabia airlines. He reached at Jeddah airport at 04/23/2015 by 1:00am . He was waiting for his luggage but he did not find his luggage .No airport authority looks positive for help . He did not take any additional cloths in the carry on .He is worried about his stuff. Luggage Lost at Jeddah Airport

I had travelled from Chennai to Jeddah on Saudi Airlines flight SV 0769 on 09.11.2009. After landing at Jeddah Airport i could not find my bag. Baggage Lost

While Travelling from Jeddah to Lucknow, India, in BUSINESS Class flight number SV 878 on 17th June 2009, my baggage was lost. The baggage has not been traced despite repeated followups and complaints. This shows the pathetic customer care and attitude of the carrier. It was a Delsey baggage....
