Not arranging cab after getting money
Dear Sir.. i have booked savaari car to Kolkata from Asansol because o[censored]rgency. I paid partly amount they confirmed the trip by saying that will give the driver details before half an hour of journey. I was waiting but didn't get any information from them but after i called them they are replying casually driver not available. If driver not available then why you are taking others money in advance? No body in India to asked about you people?. Am planning for launch complaint. Because they should not do this to others . If they will return my money with in 4 or 5 days means? How much passengers money in their account? How much interest they will get from the bank ? If they are returning money in 4 or five days they can take drive before 4 or 5days earlier? For urgent purpose only we need private cab.

17.03.2022-Booked savaari car for drop from bolepur to kolkata.Order ID:- S[protected] with full prepaid
20.03.2022.Without any prior intimation cancelled cab 2hours before commencing journey
Had to pay extra in the accommodation and also had to arrange own return with much higher cost.Nowhere Savaari mentioned that they can cancel booking at very last minute.Had to go through a lot to get medicines for ailing parents also

Services Not Provided as discussed with Savaari Executive
Booked a outstation cab week ago and requested Savaari team and the executive to provide the comfortable sedan with NO CNG Kit, as I have senior citizen travelling and we have luggage and require Boot space. They denied at the minute and I had to book another cab for outstation.

I had made a booking for local trip with package of (12hours/120Km) for[protected]:15 PM. I had made advance payment of 800 Rs to confirm the booking.
I did not receive any cab details 2 hours prior booking time. When I started calling around 11:30; customer care started saying that cab will come in 30 mins. Even at 2:45 PM I did not receive any details and went for cancellation.
Now my booking is not being cancelled and advance payment is not being refunded.
First of all they manage to screw all the plans which someone has got to build with their guests. On top of that they are not even refunding money.

Savaari cab service company complaint as
Fraud done by savaari.
At the time of booking company executive all say anything and after that they all play with us by rule rule..,
Also due to break failed on road when vehicle was running in speed, and our both family luckily saved by god gress, and company are think that it's normal thing.??? They just say only mechanical issue?? Also we reach late due to break failed.br...

cheating of savaari hired drivers

I am taking your service from 23rd sep to 28th sep, booking id 3261632, 3388158, 3261633, let me explain my problem and drivers' faults, mistakes, cheating of drivers
1. Firstly i have received a phone call at 11.45 pm on 22nd sep, stating that only 2 vehicles are arranged with only one luggage carrier apart from 3 innovas, but the issued is resolved in the morning 5am with confusion and suspense.
2. Xylo vehicle is good, one innova is also good, but another innova was worst, no shock absorbs are in action, a c is not working, only blows air, not cooling, it was very worst part of your service
3. The drivers are unknown about the route, and they are taking a longer ways and wrong routes then rectified by the help of strangers, the faulty innova drivers stated that he is from chennai, so he dont the routes, he wants my direction and route (We are not belongs to tamilnadu, so how we direct the routes)
4. They dont have plastic covers to cover the luggages on top of the vehicle, they arranged after 2 hours and one hour to purchase and adjusted covers and fitting the covers, after that they collect me the night driving charges for late night journey, meanwhile our total cloths are wet because of raining, and spoil my moods.
5. They tried to cheated that they ask 100 each vehicle parking fee at meenakshi temple at madurai collided with of the parking collection agents, but we asking the bill then they will collect only 105 for all 3 vehicles (35*3)
6. They collecting the inter state charges 3000 for 3 vehicles this is also not fair, and there is no bills for this
7. They are collecting high kilometer as per original, because one vehicle is going wrong route at munnar to palani, about 25 kilometers and waste of 50 kilometer (25 up and down), but all the vehicles are charged according 50 kilometers more wrongly
8. I am asking these to the agent at madurai, but he stated that he was a third party vendor, he suggested that customer contact with savaari only, i am trying to contacted, but nobody attend my phone. He demanded the full amount otherwise we may received a harsh wordings and warning, they are total 3 drivers and 1 owner and other supporters
9. Only 2 days they offered bottles and papers
10, they are always talking mobiles while driving minimum of 1 hour per daily
11, one of the driver even does not use of driver's seat belt, hence he was charged fine at kumbakonam
But you collected the full charges, with faulty services

I travelled in Savari and booked 3 days cab.Because of old car, for reaching the destination in 6-7 hors it took 10 hours to reach the place.Very Worst experiance and asking us to pay the full amount.
There is no USB in it to play the songs.There is no charger pin which is working.
We have to be cautious enough to inform to driver for the speed breakers.
Very worst vehicle i have travelled.
