I am From Bangalore. Ordered a mobile phone from samsung website. Its the 4th Day today and no delivery yet... Any website like amazon of Flipkart would have delivered the same or max the next day.
Savex Technologies who is supposed to deliver it (As per Samsung), is 10 Km away from my delivery address!! Samsung.com website site tracking says, it has not even been packed till now!
Need the delivery urgently. My current phone has been broken!!

Order still not packed. Already four days. I feel very sad. I regret that order a product in samsung shop. I coud not expect this type of pathetic service from samsung. After somany emails and calls to customer care, my problem is not resolved

Phone ordered on 4th October 2021 via official Samsung Website. Order #[protected]. Phone shipped on 5th October 2021, Waybill number [protected]. E way bill was not provided initially by the seller, Savex Technologies; an official representative of Samsung. As of 10th October no E-way bill received.
Official complaint ticket #28258502 not resolved and no action taken.
Complaint again submitted today on 12th October, Phone still at point of origin in West Bengal. Has not moved. Called customer service since Thursday, 7th October. No response and no action taken. Heard more than 100 apologies. No official action taken.
As of today 12th October, phone not shipped and no updates. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.
